Paradise has been found in this 1627 square foot, 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath villa located just steps away from a half mile white sand beach.
Master bedroom with king bed and full en-suite master bath. Has private balcony.
Second bedroom can be set up with a king bed or two twin beds. Also has full en-suite bath. Has private balcony.
Access to the amenities and activities on the residence side of the Ritz Carlton resort include:
Twice daily housekeeping
Concierge & grocery shopping services
3 pools and 2 hot tubs
Children's wading pool
2 beaches
4 restaurants on-site
Fitness center
Spa
Complimentary high speed internet
Tennis courts
For an additional daily fee, you will also have access to non-motorized water sports equipment rentals and the recently added hotel waterslide pool. This fee covers everyone in the residence and is only charged for the days you sign up for these two amenities.
If you are looking for additional residences, no worries since we own 11 other residences so we can accommodate large groups!
There are also 2 bedroom suites, which are 1550 s.f. with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has granite counters, an under counter refrigerator & freezer, cooktop, Advantium oven/microwave and apartment size dishwasher, stackable washer & dryer as well as a dining area, and living room with pullout sofa for additional sleeping space. The master bedroom has a king bed, with en-suite bath and an ocean facing balcony/patio. The second bedroom has two queen beds, with en-suite bath and an ocean facing balcony/patio. The last seven pics in the photos section of my listing are of a typical 2 bedroom suite interior.
Please be aware that the Ritz Carlton Club St. Thomas charges a $225 per stay fee for all non-members renting at the Club. Also the Virgin Islands government charges a $25/night per residence Environmental/Infrastructure Impact Fee for timeshare occupants. The Ritz will collect these additional fees at checkout. Neither of these fees are included in the residence rental rate.
The VRBO calendar does help provide instant availability and estimated price quote. However, because availability and rates vary from day to day and hour to hour, the calendar feature and instant quote feature is not always 100% accurate. Please be aware that the residences change owners on Saturday, so if you are requesting dates that stay over a Saturday, a room move is a possibility.

The condo was the perfect size for our family of five with a two twin bed setup and the pullout. Resort amenities were as if we were a hotel guest.

We enjoyed our stay at the Ritz Club property for a few days prior to going over to St. John for 10 days. The amenities were great and the atmosphere is relaxing and it was a nice stop over prior to the more adventurous part of our vacation over on St. John and several other British Virgin Islands. I highly recommend checking out the restaurant at the resort next-door called Caribbean Fish market.

Working with Leah was top notch! She quickly responded to all our questions and even gave us a list of fun things to do in St. Thomas. She went above and beyond and ensured our crib and bedrails request with the concierge. The Ritz residences are immaculate! The unit was huge and gorgeous! The pools and beach areas at both the residences and the resort were absolutely gorgeous and just perfect for families! We only ate at a resort a few times, but the food was amazing! Everything about this trip was perfection. In terms of COVID, we felt VERY safe (much safer than at home!).
