Nous connaissions cette copropriété pour y avoir été propriétaire d'un duplex au 2ème étage ( construction 1995 ? ) Donc en l'absence de rénovation tout est daté ( carrelages) , la salle de douche nécessiterait une réfection totale ( joints faënce noirs partout ce qui est peu engageant , joints porte de douche à changer ) ; de surcroit les évacuations non nettoyées ( cheveux, matières grises.....) Quant aux toilettes une odeur pestidentielle permanente connue comme le confirme une bombe " neutraliseur d'odeur" , et un abattant qui vous rentre dans le dos du fait d'un manque d'espace . Dans la chambre une impression d'humidité , d'aillleurs autour du plafond des traces d'infiltrations (? ) et un lit en 140 Le matériel en terrasse table mauve (!) et chaise longue verte sont tout aussi datés. Il semble que le confort des vacanciers soit loin des préoccupations de votre client , lequel a dépêché des amis pour l'accueil et lorsque nous avons adressé un sms pour savoir l'heure de l'état des lieux nous a répondu "je suis à l'étranger, je fais confiance, mettez les clés dans la boîte de courrier" Par contre pour la caution il m'a répondu que nous l'aurions sous 10 jours alors que vous nous aviez informés de la possibilité de l'avoir immédiatement si ce Monsieur faisait le nécessaire. Etant donné qu'il ne fait aucun inventaire à l'entrée, qu'il n(y a personne même à la sortie je ne vois pas ce qui lui permettrait de retenir cette caution. Aussi je vous prie de bien vouloir créditer immédiatement le compte de mon mari qui a été débité ; je pense que votre site gagnerait à contrôler la qualité des locations comme votre concurrent "clévacances " F VIGIER

nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cet appartement qui est agréablement bien situé.Très calme ,proche de tous commerces et de la plage. De plus,il y a de nombreuses ballades à faire en vélo ou à pied et en bonus ,c’était la semaine du golfe donc magnifique. Je recommande cet appartement et je pense que nous y reviendrons.

Cette location a correspondu en tout point à nos attentes. Le logement est de taille suffisante pour deux personnes et il est très bien équipé. La petite terrasse est un plus pour profiter du soleil. Séjour très agréable à Arzon.

Logement agréable et bien équipé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour à deux avec une place de parking et un garage individuel fermé pour mettre les vélos à l'abri. Il est situé dans une petie résidence à 300 m de la plage, du sentier côtier et du port pour embarquer vers les îles et le golfe. Nous y avons séjourné en mai 2018 une semaine sous un beau soleil.

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour à Port-Navalo. L'appartement est très agréable et accueillant. De plus, il est très bien situé, l'océan étant à quelques minutes à pied du lieu de vie. Et, si l'on a une voiture, il est facile de visiter les villes et sites alentours (Quiberon, Vannes, Rochefort-en-Terre, Carnac...) Très belle expérience...à refaire!

très bon accueil. Location très propre où il ne manque rien. Terrasse et jardinet appréciables surtout avec les relax et le barbecue. Place de parking et garage. Calme, proche de la mer et des commerces. Port du crouesty sympa. Bien située pour découvrir la région (Vannes, Quiberon, l'Ile aux Moines). Je recommande vivement cette location.

Petit appartement suffisant pour un couple. La cuisine est bien équipée et nous aurions pu profiter de la terrasse si le temps nous l'avait permis. A quelques centaines de mètres de l'océan mais aussi du Golf, la situation géographique est très avantageuse si l'on aime les promenade sur le littoral sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. Nous n'avons pas vu le propriétaire mais la personne qui nous a accueillis nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires.
