About this cottage rental
In the middle of its English garden, a haven of peace with a heated swimming pool all year round, ideally located between SAINT MALO, Rennes and Mt St Michel, on the banks of the Ille et Rance canal, its greenways and de Combourg, a small town with character.
Privacy, space, light and ecological building principles are the watchwords of the gîtes des coteaux.

Large living room opening onto the south with terrace, bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 bedrooms for a total capacity of 6 people - one bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds - up to 8 people thanks to the clic-clac present in the closed living room. Labeled 4 stars for 6 people
Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, hob, fridge with freezer, flat screen TV,
gas barbecue on the terrace, tumble dryer in the pool technical room.

The estate includes a beautiful indoor swimming pool heated all year round, 9 meters x 4 meters, with a glass roof system with a sunroof. Its large terrace is perfect for relaxing between 2 visits or after a day of activity.
The place is a paradise for birds whose song offers the most beautiful relaxation.

We are ideally situated to discover some of the biggest Breton sites, between land and sea.
Sea side: Emerald coast and Bay of Mt St Michel, one of the most beautiful medieval cities in France, Cancale and its oysters, and the famous corsair city Saint Malo
On the land side and in the immediate vicinity:
- Canal d'Ille and Rance at 800 meters. Greenway conducive to river tourism - passage from locks - to hiking and cycling along its landscaped banks
- Combourg a 5 minute drive. Famous small character town dominated by its castle and the figure of Chateaubriand.
- Dinan 20 minutes by car. The superbly preserved medieval city, its cobbled streets and half-timbered houses.
- Rennes 35 minutes by car. The Breton capital, its lively streets, its Lices market and its museums.
- Ferns 1 hour drive. Its castle worthy of the most beautiful cape and sword novels.
Also and less than a 10-minute drive from numerous remarkable castles and gardens, including those of Bécherel and LA BOURBANSAIS, which is also a recognized animal park, more beautiful each year.
