The balconies expand the entire width of the home to take in those lovely ocean breezes and views. The spacious kitchen overlooks the ocean and is complete with generous fridge and large gas cooktop.
This home is made for relaxing. Sip drinks at sunset on the expansive patio or enjoy a book in the quiet upstairs sitting area. Sandpiper has ceiling fans and timber look floors throughout.
Now with 4 bedrooms, this home can accommodate up to 8 guests with a bunk room downstairs for the kids and three queen rooms upstairs- one with an ensuite. Note: The downstairs bathroom and laundry has been partially renovated.
There is ample street parking to the side of the driveway for additional guest cars. The shed has a small space only for motorbike or bicycle parking only.
Walk the beach north to Cabarita or a short stroll south for fishing and swimming in the pristine waters of Hastings Point, Cudgera Creek.Hastings Point is relaxed enough for you to park the car in the single lock up garage and stroll to everything you need. We stayed in Sandpiper Beach House in early September and absolutely enjoyed our time there. The house is gorgeous and very lovely decorated, spacious, with excellently equipped kitchen. View from both levels is across the sea and we were so lucky and even saw whales directly from the bedroom! I can strongly recommend the house and will definitely try to book again.

This house and location were awesome! It has all the furniture outside and inside you could need, good beds and showers etc., And great walk down to the amazing beach!!!
However, the property wasn't very clean and we needed to ask for fresh sheets as those originally in the property weren't clean. I should say that LJ Hooker rectified this very promptly and were very apologetic. We also didn't anticipate needing to provide our own loo roll/ washing up liquid and sponges, laundry liquid etc, which we have usually found provided in holiday homes like this one.
Overall, this place has the potential to be a really amazing stay, but an unexpected number of things were missed and it unfortunately meant it was a little disappointing.
