New apartment built in 2009, 58 m2 with large balcony-terrace of 27m2 full sky, it is furnished and covered with automatic modular banners in the sun and wind.
The apartment including: 1 American kitchen, 1 living room with DIVA sofa bed, 1 large bedroom with 160x190 bed with cupboards available, 1 toilet, 1 shower room with 1 walk-in shower.

In residence building of 3 levels not overlooked, on the top floor or on the 1st by the entrance hall.

What a find, reserved parking place, perfect location, close to town, a number of restaurants, beaches, markets. Would not hesitate to stay again. Staff and owners extremely helpful. Alain, we left you our beach umbrella that we purchased for our stay, thank you for everything!

For the two of us, the apartment was perfect. The terrace was large and nicely furnished, with dinner table, deck chairs, large sofa, etc, and the beautiful view of the town and sea. Climate control in all rooms. It is however a bit too far for a walk to town (or up the hill to get home after dinner), but that was a minor problem. The advantage is that there was no noise at nights.
The host was also very helpful when we had some problems with deposition fee. The only thing we would have appreciated is some sort of contract, specifying additional costs such as bed linen, towels, final cleaning etc. But that seems to be a common problem with apartments at HomeAway.
