About this house rental

Very atypical architect's house in a small Burgundian village ideally located just 2 hours from Paris with an outdoor jacuzzi that operates all year round and an optional sauna. In a relaxing and therefore unsuitable setting for noisy evenings with friends. All comfort, linen provided, wifi, flat screen TV, induction hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher washing machine. .. 3 bedrooms (160 cm bed, 2 90 cm beds, 1 140 cm bed and 2 BZs (140 bed). 2 bathrooms, several terraces, barbecue, underground garage. 10 people maximum. Quiet environment and at the same time close to everything for visiting, walking, cycling, climbing, rafting and tasting good wines.
Non smoking house and pets not allowed.
Possibility of taking the cleaning fee upon your arrival. Check deposit 500 € request on arrival.
Arrivals are between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.

La maison est vraiment bien et le jacuzzi est un veritable plus! Plein de choses à faire aux alentours : vélo le long du canal, canoe sur la Cure, randos, visites de la grotte d’Arcy, des vignobles autour de Chablis et de caves… en un mot un excellent séjour! Je recommande vivement!!

Toute la famille a beaucoup apprécié le séjour. Tout le confort dans la maison, rien n' a manqué! De plus tous les commerces sont tops : boulangerie, boucherie et petite épicerie au village. On s' est régalés.

Très belle et grande maison pouvant accueillir 8 personnes confortablement, un lit d'appoint dans le salon permet de coucher 2 personnes supplémentaires. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et la maison possède tout le nécessaire pour passer un bon séjour. Cheminée, jacuzzi et sauna sont de vrais plus. L'endroit est très calme et proche de la nature, il est donc possible de se promener aux alentours, les différentes caves et domaines viticoles sont également rapidement accessible pour les amateurs. Le seul point "négatif" est l'absence de boulangerie à proximité, tout du moins celle existante est fermée.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end entre amis dans ce superbe gîte très spacieux, lumineux, moderne et très propre. Nous étions 10 pour le week-end du marathon de Chablis et nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi après avoir couru 42 km dans les vignes Bourguignonnes. Merci à Angélique pour votre disponibilité.

Après une journée de visites, pique nique et caves, on apprécie énormément la terrasse et le jacuzzi chauffé à 38°. Les propriétaires sont agréables et disponibles. Un super weekend !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Cravant, charmant petit village situé entre Auxerre et Vézelay, près des vignobles de Chablis et d'Irantis Nous avons apprécié la conception de cette maison très agréable à vivre tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Nous étions huit et nous n'avons aucunement eu l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres Environnement calme Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité. Nous avons apprécié cette chouette maison bien équipée et confortable. Les différences de niveau et la répartition des volumes lui donne vraiment de la personnalité. Dommage que le sauna ne soit pas compris dans le prix. Le jacuzzi sous la neige est une expérience extraordinaire .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte de Cravant, un très joli village! Sylvie est une merveilleuse hôtesse, très sympathique , disponible et de très bon conseils concernant les visites des sites environnants et les visites des caves. Encore un grand merci pour son accueil, ainsi qu'à son mari. Nous étions deux familles d'amis à partager ce gîte et nous en sommes tous tombés amoureux. La maison est atypique, tout confort et il y fait bon vivre, nous avons particulièrement apprécié ses beaux volumes où chacun peut trouver son espace, la cheminée et le spa sur la belle terrasse. Ce gîte très bien placé est le point de départ de nombreuses balades et visites, de plus, la région regorge de bonnes choses à boire et à manger! Notre séjour étant bien trop court pour tout voir et tout goûter, nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir et vous le conseillons sans hésitation!

Un accueil chaleureux de la part de nos hôtes, qui après nous avoir fait visiter la maison nous ont indiqués les lieux à visiter et en laissant à notre disposition un petit recueil avec des brochures sur les châteaux, cites archéologique, caves et quelques restaurants. La maison est très vaste et chacun trouve son espace. Un grand salon une belle terrasse avec une grande table qui permet de réunir tout le monde en fin de journée autour d'un repas préparé dans la cuisine ou sur le barbecue. Le jacuzzi est un plus pour ce détendre après une belle journée qui aura été bien remplie avec toutes les belles choses à voir à proximité. Un grand merci encore à nos hôtes et j'espère à bientôt. Très belle maison

Très belle maison entièrement rénovée avec du mobilier contemporain. Il y a suffisamment d'espace pour 10 personnes.Le linge de lit et le linge de toilette sont fournis (ce qui est très appréciable) et de belle qualité. L' accueil de Sylvie et de son mari a été parfait.Sylvie s'est également montrée très disponible avant notre arrivée pour nous fournir tous les renseignements dont nous avions besoin pour notre séjour. Le village de Cravant est bien situé pour accéder à de nombreuses activités en Bourgogne. En résumé nous retournerons avec plaisir chez Sylvie et nous vous recommandons vivement cette location.
