Panhandle Getaways furnishes a few essential items for guests to utilize until they can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens and towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
E-Checks are accepted for advance reservations at no additional charge (15 days prior to check in). All credit card payments will incur a 3.5% convenience fee.

We loved our time at the beach. However, the condo left a lot to be desired. We knew it was a studio, but thought it was closer to the beach and thought it had a balcony. The communication through the app confused us. I guess they use generic messages, because it mentioned locking the balcony door and running the dishwasher, which made us think it had those things. When we arrived, we found it didn’t. When we first got there, we weren’t sure which Tower our rental was in. I couldn’t find it on the app, so we called. The person who answered was not very friendly, and was more concerned about defending the app than helping us. Before booking, I sent a message asking how far a walk the condo was from the beach. We were told 1 minute. It was more like 7or 8, which wasn’t too big a deal, but we were always carrying all the beach things. Won’t stay there again, but we will be back at the beach.
