About this apartment rental
Our studio is ideally located with beautiful views and breathtaking valley and side on the slopes at 250 meters, located on the 5th and last floor, with 2 ascensseurs, very quiet, comfortable with caretaker, parking in front of the residence.
It has been renovated and is 250 meters from the slopes .It is south west. It consists of a ski cellar, closed before entering the studio cloakroom, living / dining room 20 m2 with 2 large sofas, a bz sofa to sleep with good bedding, tv82cm, CD and DVD player , radio-cassette, open kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, iron and ironing board, oven, microwave ... at the entrance to the left 2 bunk beds with storage and games for children, right the room bathroom with shower and washing machine and storage cupboard. There are also available games, books, CDs and DVDs for children and adults.
Non-smoking studio and our friends the animals are not allowed. Duvets, blankets and pillows are provided but not sheets and towels.
In the resort there are many bars, restaurants, clubs and shops, tennis, fitness trail, hiking. We are 8 km from Eaux-Bonnes: spas, spa, 40 km from Pau (Chateau Henri IV) and Lourdes and 33 kms from Spain. Do not hesitate to contact us for more information. decreasing according to tariff periods.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré une météo capricieuse. Mais la neige était au rendez-vous et en grande quantité. Quel bonheur! Nous nous sommes régalés. Les photos correspondent en tout point à la réalité. La vue est imprenable. Le gardien charmant et disponible. L'appartement est très propre. Le petit SAS avant l'entrée de l'appartement est très pratique pour laisser son matériel. Je recommande vivement ce studio. Pour 4 personnes, il est idéal. Merci à nos hôtes.

Appartement propre et confortable. La litterie est excellente. Beau point de vue. Prévoir les chaînes ou les pneus neige car la portion de route pour y accéder n’ Est jamais déneigée.
Un peu loin des pistes car en hauteur, remonter avec le matériel est compliqué. Prévoir un sac à dos pour mettre les Après skis.
Sinon le lave vaisselle est capricieux et les casserole, faitout et une des poêles sont inutilisables car le teflon est fortement écaillé. Prévoir le remplacement. Un souci de toilette qui coule en permanence que nous avons réparé ponctuellement.
Sinon nous sommes contents, le gardien est sympathique et nous reviendrons certainement
