Maison parfaitement conforme à nos attentes et à la description de l'offre. Très bon accueil et transmission d'informations sur les activités de la région par le propriétaire en amont de notre arrivée. La région est superbe et permet de conbiner détente, promenades et activités sportives. La piscine chauffée réunie petits et grands autour d'un plaisir commun. À recommencer et à conseiller !

Très beau séjour au calme

Très belle maison bien équipée, au calme mais proche des commerces. La piscine est très agréable. Petit bémol : nous avons du nettoyer la piscine avant notre premier bain et acheter une nouvelle grille pour le barbecue car l'autre inutilisable (non nettoyée au fur et à mesure). Mais cela ne nous a pas gâcher notre belle semaine de vacances. Nous recommandons cette location.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est spacieuse et agréable, entourée par un beau jardin avec piscine, ombragé et bien équipé en jeux pour les enfants (trampoline, balançoire, vélos, bac à sable...). Idéal pour un séjour en famille.

Un superbe été !!

Nous avons passé un superbe été dans cette superbe maison ! Il faut dire que le coin est superbe : le Cantal, ses vallons, ses prés, les volcans pas loin pour de belles randos. Nous qui adorons le calme, la nature et les belles balades (et le bon fromage ! ), on ne peut qu'être ravis ! Pas de surprise par rapport à la description : la maison est magnifique (la déco est très chouette), propre et bien entretenue, et il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer des vacances comme chez soi ! Notre petit garçon a adoré les jeux et les livres qu'il y a trouvé,et nous avons tous profité du jardin si agréable Nous avons complété le gros tas de prospectus sur les choses à faire aux alentours par le Guide des Balades en Sumène Artense que nous avons acheté à l'Office du Tourisme, si ça peut servir aux suivants ;o) bref, une maison qu'on n'avait pas envie de quitter et où on reviendrait avec grand plaisir !

magnifique semaine dans une splendide propriété la maison est idéalement située pour effectuer de belles promenades en auvergne (châteaux ;puy...salers ,tournemire....) calme et serenite dans la maison meublee avec beaucoup de charme et d originalité,grand jardin.... excellent accueil pour la remise des clés ainsi que du propriétaire au tel nous avons envie d y revenir !

Une location très agréable, dans un cadre verdoyant et avec une maison spacieuse, décorée avec goût et bien entretenue. Un excellent souvenir à conseiller. Le propriétaire est de bons conseils et les balades, villages ou visites ne manquent pas (Salers, Lac de Bort les Orgues, Saignes et les balades dans les environs, les burons ou marché paysans, l'alligot, les fermes, ...). Bref à conseiller

La maison était très accueillante à notre arrivée: propre et bien chauffée , la literie très propre également et de très bonne qualité (ce qui est très rare dans les locations...). Nous avons aimé entre autres: la décoration soignée, le feux de cheminée, le jardin et les jeux pour enfants, le calme de la campagne et le lait cru acheté dans la ferme avoisinnante, la bonne boulangerie du village et bien sûr le cantal trouvé au hasard de nos ballades... Nous sommes une famille de marcheurs (même les enfants), la nature environnante s'y prêtait très bien, il y a des balades magnifiques. Une suggestion: mettre à disposition les cartes IGN des Monts du Cantal, volcans d'Auvergne. Bref d'excellentes vacances en famille! Famille Vila

Tout était parfait : de l'accueil pour commencer, en passant par la maison, les équipements, sans oublier le cadre magnifique et la gentillesse des voisins agriculteurs qui a fait la joie et le bonheur de nos 3 enfants pendant une semaine !! Et des parents bien sur. En termes d’amélioration, l’envoi d’un plan d’accès à la maison serait un plus. De plus, certains pourraient apprécier d’avoir le guide des activités hivernales plus développée car il est centré sur les activités estivales. Autrement, parfait !
