About this apartment rental
Condo 410 at Island Beach Resort is on the top (4th) floor has two private balconies with seating. It has two flat screen TVs and two beds. We call the non-ocean side our "sunset side" because the South Florida sunsets are beautiful each evening. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.
Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.
Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.
Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.
*Room decor may vary from pictures. We'll make every attempt to accommodate early check-in requests, but we cannot guarantee them.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 4 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.
Q: What other amenities are provided?
A: 1 box tissues, 2 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe
Q: Can I see the ocean from my condo?
A: No
Q: Do I have an alarm clock?
A: Yes
Q: Is parking free?
A: Yes, the gated section of the parking lot is free to renters

The personnel was very helpful. The accommodations were very nice. As this was my first experience staying at a resort with rental condos, I was pleasantly surprised on how easy it was. I did enjoy the access to the beach. That was the factor for coming to your location. Next time I would consider a surf side instead of sunset side.
Also, the staff was very helpful in adjusting my dates. I had scheduled and that same night my son asked me to change my dates for later. They helped me get this accomplished. My stay was relaxing and I could also be there for my son and his family.

The apartment was beautifully decorated and kitchen well equipped. Only trouble was that there were four of us and living room had no sofa bed. I called management office and thanks to a very capable young lady who I wish I would have gotten her name was able to accommodate us and the weekend was not ruined. We had a marvelous time as the premises are very well kept and the security is tight which we loved. Shockers restaurant next door serves excellent food. They had fireworks the 2nd which we appreciated as we were checking out in the morning the 4th of July.
