As listed. Elisabeth was very relaxed and friendly. The old cellars, I suspect, of a 500 year old house with 5’ thick walls, and small windows. So dark and relatively cool regardless of the summer heat. Well equipped, could do with a few big plates but that’s being picky, and the garden chairs are a bit minimalist. Everything relatively old but functional, though the cooker, hob and dishwasher were all new, and the shower was great. Incredibly peaceful house and a really nice summer area with great walks and marvellous scenery. House accessed via a short but very steep hill - hard not to come off the back of a bicycle! The centre of Vic sur Cere, 1/2 a mile away, has lots for younger children in summer.

We had a wonderful time at Gite de La Salle. The location was quiet and charming with wonderful views across the hills and valley. The accomadation was everything we wanted and our host Patrick made sure that everything was to our liking. We will definitely return sometime in the future. The area was full of things to do and see and this made an ideal base.

Das alte Haus liegt etwas außerhalb des Ortes. Der Empfang war herzlich und wenn wir was brauchten, war die Kommunikation schnell und hilfreich. Die dicken Mauern machen eine besondere Atmosphäre. Der große Garten mit schönem Blick ist perfekt für die Erholung. Wenn die Überdachung über der Sitzgruppe draußen noch regendicht wäre (das hätten wir leider gebraucht), dann wäre alles perfekt. Vielen Dank, wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.

Ancienne maison forte. Tout l équipement est présent. Excellente propreté et accueil chaleureux avec de sympathiques attentions.vue magnifique du jardin sur la vallée et les montagnes environnantes. Grand calme. Le village est relativement proche mais une voiture est indispensable de par le dénivelé pour accéder au gîte et par le manque de commerces au village. Très bon séjour malgré une météo capricieuse. A recommander pour les amoureux de la randonnée.

Le gîte est spacieux et bien aménagé. C'est une ancienne maison forte, les murs en pierre doivent avoir 1m d'épaisseur. En été, le gîte reste frais, ce qui est particulièrement agréable. La cuisine est moderne et bien équipée tout en gardant un charme à l'ancienne. Les lits sont confortables, ce qui est appréciable après une bonne journée de rando. Toute la famille a beaucoup apprécié le jardin (badminton, table de ping-pong) et la possibilité de manger dehors. Le gîte se trouve à 15 minutes à pied du centre de Vic-sur-Cère, et la balade est sympa. Salvanhac est un peu sur les hauteur, ce qui donne un superbe point de vue sur la vallée. C'est très calme (aucune circulation autour). Les propriétaires sont accueillants.

Merci aux propriétaires qui nous ont très bien accueilli ! L'environnement est vraiment incroyable. Nous avons bien profité des environs également . Le gîte est parfait pour ceux qui ne veulent pas faire de route. On trouve tout à proximité. Nous avons fait beaucoup de ballades en partant du gîte (le pas de cere notamment). Pour des vacances en famille, n'hésitez pas !

Wir haben eine sehr erholsame Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Cantal Berge mit ihren tollen Wandermöglichkeiten sind nicht weit, der große ruhige Garten (mit Badminton und Tischtennis) lädt bei schönem Wetter zum Entspannen ein. Die Wohnung selbst ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Auch die Betten sind sehr gut. Die Wohung war sehr sauber! Selbst bei hohen Temperaturen bleibt es hinter den ca. ein Meter dicken Mauern angenehm kühl. Allerdings, und hier kommt der einzige Minuspunkt, roch es in den Schlafräumen und vor allem in den Schränken schon sehr modrig nach Keller. Wir würden trotzdem wieder kommen!

Das Haus thront trutzig und imposant auf einem Hügel und bietet eine fantastische Aussicht auf das Tal und die umliegenden Berge. Die Ferienwohnung belegt den unteren Bereich dieses sehr gut restaurierten Steinhauses und bietet ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen. Die sehr netten Vermieter bewohnen die oberen Stockwerke und stehen für Auskünfte sehr freundlich zur Verfügung. Wir wohnten zu zweit eine Woche lang in dieser Unterkunft und haben uns (trotz des sehr schlechten Wetters) sehr wohl gefühlt. Die geräumige Wohnküche mit dem großen Kaminofen war unser zentraler Aufenthaltsort. Bei besserem Wetter hätten wir gerne draußen die schöne Wiese (mit angrenzender Kuhweide) und den Picknickbereich genutzt. Die zwei großen Schlafzimmer haben gute, bequeme Betten. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine schöne Dusche und eine praktische Handtuchheizung. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter!

Silence absolu, le gîte nous a particulièrement plu à cause de son caractère soigné : tout est très fonctionnel, et la pièce principale est vraiment très agréable. C’est rare de trouver une cuisine aussi bien équipée, et surtout de la jolie vaisselle, des couverts et même des torchons assortis, des détails qui font que l’on apprécie un peu plus que d’habitude. Parfaitement placé pour les départs de randonnées, et à proximité de Vic/Cère où l’on trouve d’excellents commerces de bouche. Nous reviendrons.

Endroit idéal pour découvrir le Cantal. Nous sommes venus à 6 pour Noël et le gîte était conforme à nos attentes. Manque de neige pour les petits (comme partout cette année) mais du soleil durant tout le séjour ! Nous avons passé une semaine extra dans cette belle maison au calme très bien équipée et entretenue . L'accueil et les relations ont été parfaits. La ferme d'à côté vous offre la possibilité d'aller chercher tous les matins et ou tous les soirs votre lait ultra frais dès la traite commencée. La situation géographique de Vic permet de rayonner partout dans le Cantal et le nord de l'Aveyron sans trop vous fatiguer. Le cadre est enchanteur et les spécialités sont à tester absolument surtout le fromage (Bonnal) et le pounti (GEAC Au buron) que vous trouverez facilement le mardi (surtout) et le vendredi au marché de Vic. Enfin ne partez pas sans être allé à l'auberge des montagnes (réservation conseillée) à Pailherols d'où vous reviendrez forcément enchanté par le décor mais surtout par la qualité de votre assiette et des prix pratiqués.
