About this apartment rental
This is a timeshare unit, so I can make reservations for any available time. Please inquire for specific dates, and I'll check for an opening! Attending a timeshare presentation is NOT required for booking or staying.

Pre-check in:
We welcome Guests arriving prior to 4pm. Guests may pre-register with the Front Desk on their day of arrival after 12 noon, unload luggage, and utilize our Valet Service. When their room is available, the Resort will call the Guest's cell phone. Pre-registration helps avoid the long waits at 4pm.
Smoking policy:
No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine
Parking:
Valet: $50/night. Self-park: Public parking at 1 Cumberland St.=$2/hour, $18/day with no moving, or metered street parking.
Deposit required:
Upon check-in, each reservation requires a major credit card for a $100 Pre-Authorization.
Other notes:
We cannot guarantee unit placement. Our historic buildings house many unique units, some requiring stairs. Downtown noise is unavoidable, but we do offer white-noise machines, ear plugs, and box fans. No daily maid service, but towel exchange is available. 7+ night stays have a mid-week cleaning option

The Lodge Alley Inn is within walking distance to various restaurants, the City Market, carriage ride tours, the pineapple fountain, the waterfront, and so much more! The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and the valet service was impeccable. They always welcomed us back anytime we left. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a great location for exploring Charleston. The unit is very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy. We were a little early and our unit was not ready so they offered to call us as soon as it was available. Great stay in Charleston.

The location caters to everyone! Whether you’re looking to stroll Charlestons beautiful streets and sights or enjoy a guided carriage tour. The nearby restaurants offer fantastic menus and food for any price range. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating. The space was much larger than I imagined and very comfortable! I will absolutely be booking again!
