About this apartment rental
Ideal geographical location. Quiet area but close to all activities: dead end that leads to the dune to go to the beach, surf school (100M) or forest with bike paths 7 minutes walk from the city center.(pedestrian street shops) No car needed
Currently under renovation, stay (those of last year that I left) and enlargement

the visitor's tax is charged to the holidaymaker (0.83 € per day and per adult children under 18 years)
The tourist tax is the responsibility of the tenant (0.86 € per day and per adult) to be paid on the spot a deposit for cleaning 40 € you will also be asked which will be refunded if you choose to do
Sheets and lockers are not provided (possibility to rent 10 € per bed and 5 € shower towels

Excellent property and very clean. Excellent location very close to the beach and close to the town centre, shops restaurants and bars. Looking forward to returning next year!

Really nice home at the north beach of Mimizan Plage. We stayed here in the second week of september 2018 and had an excellent time!
The house is one of the better maintained houses in the neighbourhood. The interior is simple, but has everything you need. The roofed terrace is excellent for barbecueing and drinking wine untill late in the evening.
The house is situatied in a death end hence quite street. At the end of the street is a foot path which takes you to the beach or the forest in three minutes.
