About this house rental
Villa Roland is a stone house of 125 m2 completely restored, located in the Beaune region, in the town of Chagny, 15 minutes by car and 10 minutes by train from the magnificent medieval town of Beaune.
The house is completely independent and located at the bottom of our property consisting of a bourgeois house and this rental on 2500 m2 of wooded and enclosed land. Secure and quiet, the cottage is surrounded by greenery (around 1000 m2 allocated to the cottage), decorated with several terraces, whether covered or not, and a carport.
Villa Roland is entirely on one level and consists of two bedrooms of 12 m2 each which can accommodate up to 5 people (1 bed of 200 by 160 in bedroom 1, 1 bed of 190 by 140 and a bed of 190 by 90 in bedroom 2), a bathroom of 9 m2 with a very large walk-in shower of 3 m2, a spacious toilet room, a laundry room, a main room of 55 m2 with sitting and dining area and kitchen area fully equipped, a 14 m2 veranda opening onto a 20 m2 terrace with electric blind. The house is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay in Burgundy: bed and bathroom linen provided, tourist information, books, games, TV, music, WIFI internet ...
Some parts of the cottage are accessible for disabled (SDB, WC ...). Small animals are accepted.
Located 5 minutes walk from downtown Chagny, the cottage allows you to both enjoy the quiet of the countryside and the amenities of the city (access to many shops, restaurants, municipal swimming pool, train station nearby).
Chagny is calm and surrounded by the most prestigious vineyards of Burgundy: Chassagne Montrachet, Pommard, Meursault, Rully, Santenay (and its casino), Givry, Mercurey, it is a very central small town. Known for its large local Sunday market, Chagny is located between Beaune, the center of viticulture in the region, and Chalon-sur-Saône, the cradle of photography. This exceptional location allows easy access, by train or by car, on foot or by bike, to many tourist places: greenway (200 m), vineyards, cellars, castles, lakes, medieval villages, not forgetting Dijon, the capital of Burgundy, and Lyon, located just 1.5 hours from the cottage.
Pricing information:
A deposit of 200 euros will be required upon entry into the rental. It will be returned to you on your departure.
The tourist tax for this rental is € 2.50 per adult per night. Abritel collects the tourist tax.

Cristelle and her husband were fantastic hosts they made us very welcome to their holiday home and my wife and I fully recommend without hesitation.it is a very comfortable and cosy property indeed .The kitchen is fully and I mean fully equipped for cooking any type of food..For those who prefer eating out there’s the 3star Michelin restaurant an8 minute walk awayPs It’s pet friendly which for us was very important.
