Hello I'm Mel Thank you for looking at Windfall Villas, I'm sure you will enjoy your stay with us. While deciding on a place to stay, your comfort and safety is first, It also has to be cost friendly….within your budget. With that in mind lets talk about what you get. Free transportation from the airport to A fully equipped, user friendly, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom villa, located on a very safe and comfortable property, 15 minutes from the airport. Transportation (with seating capacity for 6) available on property. Every bedroom is air conditioned and has its own bathroom. Free wifi, cable, and hot water. There is an out door bar and BBQ grill, 2 out door lounge areas, one with ping pong table (table tennis) and exercise machines, also a house keeper to make sure you don’t work while on vacation, (laundry services available on property). Ask about our food plan options. The pictures will help you visualize the beauty of this property and the reviews will allow you to look through the eyes of experience (those who have been there and done that). In the morning have your coffee, and get swept away by the ever changing sea and sky while listening to the songs of the tropical birds... Watch the ship come in... A walk on the Beach, a one mile drive away, is an amazing way to start your day, then take a dip in the sea. Maybe get your dinner from one of the local fisherman, or go out fishing with them and catch your own!
During the day, you can lounge by the pool, play ping pong, stare at the ocean, (we get an amazing breeze off the sea), go snorkelling, take a relaxing bamboo raft ride on The Great River, or you can take a day trip. There are literally hundreds of attractions and adventures in this paradise for a person to have all the fun and excitement one can stand!
In the evening, you will be mesmerized by the harmonic sounds of the tiny tree frogs, while gazing at the twinkling lights of Montego Bay and the hundreds of shimmering stars. You watch the ship leave port, it's like a sparkling little city floating by...

The host was top-tier. I will recommend over and over again. First day I miss my flight and the other half of my family made it. Mel was so understanding easy-going. Let them check in without me there.From pickup time whatever you needed something or requested ride service they were there! Around the clock from grocery, restaurant ,street food, clubs, etc. They never made us feel rush at anytime wherever we went places. Marsha was the sweetest driver ever :) she kept a smile on her face and has a great sense of humor. The view was absolutely amazing so peaceful and calming access to the pool all day & night was a treat. We felt so welcomed. Already planning another trip there… Thanks for sharing the experience!!

Beautiful view from the hills of Mobay! We enjoyed swimming in the pool and listening to nature in the evening. Mel was a great host and drove us into town for lunch and shopping. Outdoor covered seating was nice for midday shade and bedroom air conditioning made for very comfortable sleeping.

He went above and beyond, offering lifts, quick communication, and thoughtful recommendations throughout our trip. His team was equally welcoming and trustworthy.The house itself is spacious, comfortable, and well‑equipped, with excellent air conditioning. The pool area is beautiful and peaceful, offering stunning views that made it the perfect place to unwind.We rented a car to explore the island, but driving in Jamaica can be challenging due to unpredictable road conditions, changing weather, over-confident local drivers, and plenty of potholes. In hindsight, we could have relied more on Mel and his team (especially Marsha!) for transportation, as they were incredibly accommodating.The location is ideal for exploring—quiet and serene, yet within easy reach of Montego Bay. It also allowed us to take day trips to Negril and Falmouth before heading to an all‑inclusive in Ocho Rios. Once we got there, we actually missed the privacy, calm atmosphere, and personalised service we had at Mel’s property.Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, with outstanding hospitality and breathtaking views. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay at Mel's stunning ocean view property! Mel and Marsha are wonderful hosts, and by the end of our stay were more like family, including to our two young kids. The property is clean and spacious, with a lot of greenery and lovely views. Mel and Marsha were very responsive, and drove us around at reasonable costs, and had great recommendations for things to do and restaurants. We would definitely stay with them again if we return to Montego Bay!
