Rose Hill's Estate Guest Quarters Apartment is part of Rose Hill's five acre estate at the top of the hill in the Village of Watkins Glen overlooking Seneca Lake. Feels like you are in the country but just down the hill is the Harbor Hotel and the Village of Watkins Glen with all the pleasures the Village has to offer. The Guest Quarters is a great getaway for a long weekend of sightseeing, wine touring, bike riding or race car driving. Stroll down the hill to the Village and enjoy an evening on the town. Babes & Bud is great little coffee stop in the morning or just sit on the porch and sip your coffee and take in the breathtaking lake view. We had a wonderful stay! The bungalow/apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was welcoming, responsive, and made check-in and check-out easy. The location was convenient, and we had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

We had a lovely stay. The property is quiet, comfortable, and full of nice touches. There were a lot of goodies provided including juice, muffins, bottled water, soda, beer, a bottle of wine, cheese and crackers, and coffee (K cups). It was close to the village as well as the state park and speedway. We enjoyed breakfast each morning out on the peaceful patio, enjoying the beautiful view of Lake Seneca. Tip: Get up early to watch the sun rise over the lake. All in all, a great place to call home for a few days when visiting the Finger Lakes.

This property was very close to downtown. The best part about the apartment was the view of Lake Seneca from the deck. The bed was very comfortable and the fridge was stocked with wine, cheese, muffins, and a variety of beverages. We didn't need the air conditioner, as we were there when it was fairly cool. I loved the vintage kitchen. The property was quiet, with lots of wildlife (we saw two deer in the backyard). The location was good for outings to local wineries and a day trip to the Corning Museum of Glass. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

This stay was fantastic! Theresa and Ed were so sweet, and their little dogs were the cherry on top! The fridge was stocked with perfect little goodies for our stay, we enjoyed them near the fire pit each night! The view of the lake was phenomenal and so peaceful in the morning as the sun was rising. We were so sad to leave!
