Private enclosed garden of around 500m2, a self-supporting swimming pool 1.20m high and 4.57m in diameter is installed during the summer (July and August), barbecue, children's hut, garden furniture, hammock ... Everything for a good holiday with family, friends or even as a couple!
No opposite. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower), 2 toilets, kitchen open to dining room and living room. Shaded terrace. Fully equipped: flat screen TV, internet, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine., Baby equipment (bed, changing table, high chair, bath). Heating for winter: wood stove (wood provided).
Pets not allowed.
No closed parking: you have to park in the street, just in front of the house, and enter by a small gate.
10 min walk from the municipal swimming pool and less than 5 min walk from the pertuis tennis club.
Close to many shops pertuis center or the commercial area (about 3km). Many leisure activities offered in Pertuis itself: weekly Provencal market, farmers' and night market, restaurants, cinema, bowling, lazer game, theater, exhibitions, concerts, municipal swimming pool, tennis, canoeing, municipal stadiums, children's park ... and surrounding areas : giant labyrinth (30km), bonde pond (10km), lake of peyrolles en provence (15km), a little further: ok corral, corbi parc, aquacity ...

Near Aix en Provence (20min), as well as the north of the Luberon (ocher de roussillon, l'isle sur sorgues, mont ventoux ...) or even Marseille, Avignon, Gorges du Verdon (1h). Camargue at 1h30, Alps and Côte d'Azur at 2h.
