Vacationed at the "property ", felt like home, not a vacation rental, for 4+ weeks. The home was reasonably close to beaches, beautiful parks, the long long county bike / walk trail and the many attractions of the Tampa / St. Pete area. A variety of shopping experiences started just blocks away..Two fine dining restaurants were less than 1000 foot walk from home. I usually started my day with coffee at a nearby beach, then began activities like bicycling, kayaking, sightseeing or antiquing. After an active day returning to this " home " was like returning to a "retreat". The high end shower or the air driven tub were refreshing an the Master bed a wonderful sleep. The living space comfortable contemporary., the kitchen well equipped. The home has a sophisticated audio-visual system with speakers and flat screens in several rooms. (Although I didn't use it, like the rest of the the house, I'll bet it's great) I'll close by saying everything was as described PLUS. I was delighted with my whole experience. I hope to rent it again, Thank you, Jeanette.

We stayed here for two weeks in November 2016 and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Quiet and safe neighborhood, well-appointed accommodations, couldn't ask for more. Upon arrival, the cable and internet was not working through no fault of the owner, but a single call to Jeanette and she addressed it quickly and successfully. I had a motorcycle in tow so the garage was a welcomed addition to the home itself. I had some concerns about the unit being a duplex, but the adjoining neighbor was absolutely silent, we never knew they were home save for the car coming and going in the driveway. We would definitely stay there again.

The home was clean and every convenient for a perfect holiday. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Nearby cafes and stores made it convenient for shopping and dining.

My family of 5 stayed here for a month and LOVED it! It is a cozy for a large family, but certainly not uncomfortable in any way. The location is just about perfect. Beaches are 15-20 minutes away; the community pool is a 2 minute walk, and very easy access to shopping, fishing, sunbathing, swimming, and restaurants. Having a grill in the yard is a big plus; we grilled almost every night. Fauna in the neighborhood brings in all sorts of wildlife and is a great place for bird watching. You'll see various birds of prey, including owls, kites, and falcons, in addition to more colorful blue jays and cardinals. Jeanette is GREAT! She is very approachable and friendly and responds very quickly to any issues or questions. We will most certainly stay there again.
