About this villa rental
Luxury villa, Corsican sheepfold spirit with its contemporary interior, its privileged location a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of Corsica between Santa Giulia and Palombaggia. Private, secure, heated swimming pool, treated with salt. 3 Bedrooms with private bathrooms all equipped with smart TV, all rooms are air conditioned, and have WIFI access. (I.e. 3 showers + 1 balneo-chromotherapy bathtub + 4 toilets)
Villa richly dressed in local stone offering an authentic side, with a typically Corsican exterior, thanks to its vegetation: olive trees, strawberry trees, myrtles, immortals and other scents of scrub. Very beautiful pool / fountain created in the midst of riprap, everything is thought to disorient you and relax in a green setting with pure Corsican scents.
The swimming pool with its waterfall blade facing due south is completely secured by its motorized roller shutter, bordered by a superb ipe terrace furnished with top of the range sunbathing.
A shaded area with a reclaimed wood roof is present to satisfy all those who want to hide from the sun, or to enjoy a moment of relaxation in the evening facing the swimming pool with its numerous indirect lights.
Property completely enclosed by high stone walls, and its motorized gate and code keypad. Parking, private in gravions, several places. Petanque.
South Corsica is full of prehistoric sites and architectural riches a stone's throw from the villa just waiting to be discovered.

Nous recommandons fortement la magnifique maison Ardiadoro ! Tout était vraiment parfait !(Piscine chauffée à 30° fortement agréable en cette période) Aucune remarque que du très haut de gamme !! Michael et Andrée sont sympathiques et attentifs au confort de leurs hôtes.

Superbe adresse, la villa d'Andrée est l’endroit idéal pour partager des moments de convivialité et se déconnecter du quotidien ! L’endroit est décoré avec goût et très bien équipé, la propriété est splendide et l’accueil est parfait !

Un séjour parfait sur tous les points :

. Cuisine extérieure ...on a adoré
. Propriété fermée, privée, sécurisée avec un portail
. Un jardin à coup le souffle
. Situation à envier...près des + belles plages de France.
. À 5km du centre ou 20 min de Bonifacio où montagnes

Belle décoration pour cette maison neuve très bien agencée et magnifiquement aménagée. La disposition des pièces est très agréable . De nombreux espaces extérieurs permettent aussi à chacun de pouvoir s'isoler ou de pratiquer des activités partagées. Ces différents espaces extérieurs sont parfaitement bien équipés (salons, transats, tables, chaises,parasols, barbecue, frigo...) permettant d être exploités.
Nous avons vraiment aimé les différentes terrasses qui nous ont permis de laisser les enfants chahuter près de la piscine chauffée à 29° alors que nous nous prélassions à l'ombre à la superbe terrasse d"été au calme...
Andrée( la propriétaire) qui nous accueille est aussi très sympathique et à l'écoute.
Nous y retournerons sans hésiter.
