Concierge Realty is proud to present luxury villas at Marriott OceanWatch Villas at Grande Dune.
Reservations are typically available in weekly (7-night) increments, with check-ins and check-outs on Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays only.
However, we occasionally have reservations booked with points that are 4, 5, or 6 nights in length. These shorter stays have fixed dates and cannot be modified.
If you're interested in a stay of fewer than 7 nights, please reach out with your preferred dates to check availability.
Guests staying will have full resort access with a reservation.
The resort will be undergoing an interior and exterior villa renovation Oct. 4, 2026, to Mar. 20, 2027. Please anticipate construction noise during daytime hours. Amenities are expected to remain open.

Enjoy a spacious, well-appointed two bedroom villa with accommodations for up to eight, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, dishwasher, full sized refrigerator/freezer, oven stove, microwave, all utensils, flatware, stemware, dishes and small appliances you need for a full week of cooking.
Enjoy private outdoor living space with table and chairs, a large living/dining room, barstools for casual dining at the counter and en suite suite laundry so you can return home with a suitcase of clean clothes.
There is a television in each bedroom and a DVD player and television in the living room.
Bedding configuration is a king in the master bedroom, a two queens in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room.
Enjoy the luxury of a first class resort, direct beach access and easy accessibility to world renowned golf, spas, restaurants, entertainment, shopping and wildlife. This is a premier destination for families because of the beaches and plethora or activities.
The resort offers many scheduled daily activities such as water aerobics, morning stretch, basketball games. The oceanside pool has two levels, a waterfall and offers complimentary lounge chairs. The 'woodsy' section is more shaded and features a water slide, dive-in movies, mini-splash park, treehouse, playground and shuffle board. The jacuzzi is near the salt water pool. There is a fitness center, sauna, indoor pool, ping pong and pool table. There is an onsite spa that you can enjoy with a variety of different services you can book (you can pay directly for each service or the cost can be charged to your room).
No need to fly to your vacation - drive to Oceanwatch and you will be delighted by this well appointed, beautifully designed resort.
**While this is an oceanfront resort, the rooms have four view categories- Gardenview, Oceanview, Oceanside and Oceanfront. Villa view categories are offered based on availability. **Marriott will then assign all villas at check in within the designated view category shown on the Marriott confirmation.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty. The stay was nice after all of the confusion and frustration with the reservation. However, that wasn't the fault of the property manager. They went above and beyond to help and stayed in contact with me to make sure things were fixed.

3 out of 5. I'm disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival ...it just wasn't vacuumed well. Food under ottomans,etc. We ended up with lower level room after multiple requests for higher level. I believe this was Marriott's fault and not property manager here who was helpful. Marriott from desk was pure disappointment through trip. Almost not worth the property due to their general incompetent behavior....example...I had asked to escalate the issue of the room floor with the manager and the girl casually said okay, she'll have him call me ...did they call? No. Why bother I suppose. It's not a difficult job, they should be able to do it well. Otherwise, pools, beach, room were great. No complaints. We won't be back though. Private condo will be better suited for us .... probably you too
