About this apartment rental
Beautiful apartment completely renovated, quality bedding, exposed east-west, 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4 direct sea access (50 m), 2 ° and last floor in a quiet residence with secure parking closed. Supervised beach in summer by a post office. help.
IN JULY AND AUGUST RENTALS ARE SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. Arrival on Saturday from 3 pm, departure on Saturday no later than 12 noon.
A SECURITY OF 320 EUROS IS REQUIRED ON ARRIVAL.
It is not cashed, it is returned the day of departure after the inventory if the apartment is left clean (cleaning done) tidy and no damage found. During the cold period, a flat rate of 3 euros per day is required for heating.
With a surface of 31 m2, it has a beautiful and large sunny terrace (8 m2) with side sea view.
2 bedrooms, one mezzanine, the first has a bed 140 cm, the second has 2 beds 0. 90 (mezzanine) .Lit umbrella free on request.
The living room is equipped with a microwave, 2 electric hotplates, 1 sink, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a large fridge freezer, a toaster, a flat screen tv, 1 sofa bz.
Washer, storage, vacuum cleaner. Linen not provided.
The bathroom toilet has a wash basin, shower cubicle with safety mixer cumulus and heating. Two electric heaters are present in the apartment. The shops are 100m and restaurants but the residence is very quiet.

During the period requiring heating a flat rate of 3 euros per day will be payable by the tenant.

Close proximity to shops and beach. Excellent host. Description and photos were accurate. Located on top floor, which can be hot in summer, but fans were available. As noted prior to reservation, no Wi-Fi as expected, so plan accordingly. Easy check-in and check-out. Pleasant stay.
