If you’re bringing your boat, you can rent our boat slip SA3. To rent a slip, you must be a guest at Lighthouse on the Bay. The boat slip dimensions are 10’ x 28’, while the slip site itself measures 12’10” x 30’. It is located in the outside marina.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

A little outdated but that was expected & still nice. We enjoyed our quick family trip.
Although the Phoenix website says floats can be purchased at the front desk, we were told they do not sell them. So if you want to enjoy the Lazy River - you’ll need to supply your own float - front desk can blow them up.
I think having a deep clean maybe every few renters would avoid losing stars on cleanliness. When we arrived, property was surface clean, however, empty drink bottle under couch, another one on balcony. When kids had to get to outlets for chargers, lots of candy trash was behind beds. I question if dishwasher had been run b/c some silverware had food on them. These were all minor things in my book.

Beautiful condo… more updated than the photos on Vrbo. Strongly disliked the high host fee and parking pass fee. That said, we enjoyed our stay and the view was fabulous!

Stephen came to fix the ice maker and he was great to talk to as he worked btw!
Only negative issue we had was having to use the public wifi .....BECAUSE our account got hacked and we fear this is why! It has become a major inconvenience dealing with the aftermath....We saw where the condo #2803 had a private wifi that was locked, and we didn't have password to it. The front desk told us to use the public wifi (which we did). Recommend making the condo-specific wifi available to renters of that condo. That may become a personal requirement for us to rent in future after getting hacked!
Otherwise, our stay there was great!

We had to go to two different places to check in and that was annoying. We didn’t have washcloths the first night but got them the next day. Thought this was a Phoenix property but wasn’t . Won’t make that mistake again and won’t stay here again. It was decorated really dark. Needs updating. There wasn’t hardly anybody here so our child didn’t have anybody to play with
