Apartment of 40 m2, very light and airy, located on the 3rd floor without elevator of a building overlooking the sea, facing south (sun from mid-morning), west (stunning sunsets over the mountains Cevennes). The building is located 200m from the beach, 300m from the center and port.

We had a lovely long weekend at Le Drau d'Agde in mid June 2016.
Great communication with the owners and Ruta who meets and greets.
Spotlessly clean.
The apartment is a short walk from the beach and shops.
Le Grau d'Agde is a peaceful small town so much nicer than the sprawling resorts further up the coast.
Belziers and Canal du Mudi are close by and well worth a visit.
We were 2 adults (Mr and Mrs) travelling.

My husband and I stayed at this wonderful apartment for two weeks. It is comfortable, well-equipped and conveniently located for your every need. The beach and friendly markets are an easy walk from the building. Both the owner and his property assistant are lovely and communication with them was excellent. It's location in the Languedoc-Roussillon region gives you easy access to explore beautiful villages, vineyards and the numerous natural and historical sites. We would absolutely consider returning to this apartment in the future without any hesitation.

Nous avons passée un super séjour pour le période d’août. L’appartement est idéalement située au cœur du grau agde, cadre familiale et plage magnifique à deux pas de l’appartement. L’appartement dispose de tous les équipements nécessaire malgré son côté ancien. Les différents hôtes ont tous été disponible et très aimable, je recommande fortement ce logement et Jean Claude ! Encore merci :)
