About this apartment rental
Presqu'ile de Giens, Hyères. Exceptional location facing the golden islands, go see Google Earth it’s spectacular.
Walk and swim on the magnificent 4 km beach, and set your deckchair in the domain freely for as long as you want. Ideal for water sports enthusiasts: windsurfing board rental, catamaran, kite surf and diving school nearby.
DRC + floor + 2 large terraces on the beach with full sea view. New condition.
Apartment renovated, feet in the water, you cross the garden to go swimming. All comfort, fitted kitchen equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, washing machine, wifi ...), air conditioning. 2 comfort sleeping areas facing the sea (2 convertible sofas with thick mattresses, one of 140 and one of 160), two bathrooms and two toilets.
Bed linen and bathroom towels provided. Plenty of storage space (cupboard, wardrobe, large dresser).
Private sea terraces with garden furniture and deckchairs. Wild garden with common areas: barbecue, private parking, ping-pong, beach shower.
Natural space on the beach, on a human scale. Near shops and restaurants, water sports, nature reserve with flamingos, coastal trails, facing the golden islands, near restaurants, bike rentals ...
Departures are at the latest by 10 AM and arrivals are normally from 4 PM.
You will be asked for a deposit check of 400 euros in case of damage to the rental.
Housekeeping and wifi included.

Nous avons passé un excellent sejour avec mon compagnon dans l appartement de Marc
L emplacement est idéal, quel plaisir de pouvoir prendre les petits dejeuners face à la mer en regardant le soleil se levait.
Marc est un hote tres agréable, tres disponible, nous reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisjr dans son appartement.

Location très bien placé face au lever du soleil et très bien aménagé. Tout ce qu'il faut pour 4 personnes.

-L'emplacement sur la plage est super, accueil sympa du propriétaire.
-la cuisine est super bien équipée comme dans la description.
-La salle de douche qui est étroit qui possède toilette, évier et douche et il y a un radiateur qui réduit le passage à la douche qui ne conviendrait pas au personne de forte corpulence.
-A l’entrée ce trouve un lit qui est coller au mur qui donne la difficulté à la personne qui veut se levé dans la nuit
-Le grand placard, contient pas de cintres corrects pour surprendre les vêtements et visuellement poussiéreux !!!
-Le canapé convertible : le protège matelas était tacheté que j’ai dû le laver le 1er jour.
-La terrasse : chaises longues rouillées.
