About this apartment rental
This spacious apartment with balconies is located on the 2nd floor of a small building with an elevator and garden views. It is equipped with reversible air conditioning.
The living room with balcony faces south. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, and 2 toilets.
The apartment is close to shops, a bakery, cheese shop, greengrocer, butcher, deli, Monoprix supermarket, and more.
It is 150 meters from Bois-Colombes train station and 10 minutes from Saint-Lazare train station (Paris) and department stores.
Saint-Lazare train station provides excellent access to Paris thanks to numerous bus and metro lines.
A €100 deposit is required upon arrival.
Bed linens and towels are provided, and housekeeping is available upon request for a €60 fee, payable upon arrival.
During the heating season (from November 1 to April 30), the rent price is lowered, and actual electricity consumption is paid at the end of the stay, which avoids an increased flat-rate heating cost plus VRBO fees. Upon arrival, a provision of €120 per week will be requested for this.

I thought the apartment was in a great location, very short walk to the Metro so easy access to Paris attractions, churches, Versailles, etc. Nice neighborhood with markets, restaurants and bakery. Not the most scenic neighborhood but walkable, convenient, well supplied and appeared to be safe. We felt very comfortable walking.Beds were comfortable but could have used more blankets and pillows. Good water pressure with plentiful hot water. Kitchen was well supplied. We had to pay for the heating supplement which was 30 euro for 4 nights. Quiet neighbors and neighborhood.Brigette was a lovely and informative host. Great communication throughout our stay.

The host was very welcoming and was kind enough to let us into the apartment a bit earlier than the normal check-in time. She was able to answer all our questions, and checked in with us occasionally to make sure we had everything we needed, etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Paris! The space was very spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. Brigitte, our host, was absolutely fantastic. She was warm, responsive, and always available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay.The location was perfect — just a short walk to the train, making it easy to get around. The neighborhood itself was charming and quiet, with a great local feel. We especially loved the amazing bakery nearby a must-visit every morning.Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again. Thank you, Brigitte!

it was a good option yet with many disagreements with the owner birgit she was not rude, but she was so materialistic, the property was not that clean, found 2 spiders.
you will pay extra fees for the electricity, the metro station Bois Colombes is not a main but a sub one which you will need to ask more in order to get to your destination, the outside door kept on hanging, the apartment is so big and good for a group there's a monoprix near the apartment the garden is so beautiful, you should recycle your own trash by yourself , overall recommended but you need to make things clear from the first since she changed her opinion many times...
