About this house rental
This traditional home is walk able to local restaurants, dining and shops along Belmont Blvd., 12th Avenue, Hillsboro Village. Centrally located home has private parking, outdoor porch area. Inside the main level floor you will find a family room, a full dining room, complete kitchen, 2 queen size bedrooms and main bathroom. Upstairs is a huge master suite, king size bed, private bathroom with a smaller area to sleep/sit/store belongings. House is equipped with TVs located in all bedrooms and in the living room, along with high speed internet throughout. If you are visiting local universities you are close to both Vanderbilt and Belmont University. Enjoy a local sporting event, grab an Uber or Lyft in every direction in about a 7 to 10 minute ride, you are Downtown on Broadway with music excitement in the Honkey Tonks, concert or sporting event. Then grab breakfast in the Gulch, Belmont, 12th Avenue. Later, let the kids play at Sevier Park which is only a walk or bike-ride away. BBQ and local food places are in every direction, ice cream, and amazing local artisan shopping!!!

We had a great first visit to Nashville! The home is clean and accommodated the three couples nicely! Walkable to 12th South for breakfast, shopping and restaurants!
