About this apartment rental
3-room apartment ideally located in the Châtelet district of Mottaret, benefiting from the Méribel Label.
Located on the 3rd floor of a small private residence, it enjoys a perfect location for an exceptional vacation.
Shops at the foot (restaurants, mini-market, cinema, ski equipment rental), Piou-piou opposite, ESF departure at 100 meters, ski lifts at 50 meters, free parking nearby, everything is done for a family vacation.
The apartment was refurbished at the end of 2017, it benefits from a living room on a balcony facing south with a view of Mont Vallon, a kitchen equipped with an oven, a microwave, a washing machine. dishes, a washer-dryer, a closet equipped with a ski boot dryer, a Nespresso machine.
It has plenty of storage space, a master bedroom with double bed, a children's / friends bedroom with two bunk beds + a single bed, a sofa bed in the living room, a bathroom and a bathroom.
A ski locker is available to tenants.
A cleaning service is integrated into the rental after each rental, the tenants will nevertheless have to tidy up the apartment and have run a dishwasher.
The cleaning service is carried out by a local company which can rent and install the linen for each tenant, just ask the owner for the contact details of this company.

Great location, close to supermarket, ski hire and restaurants. Ski in and ski out from front door of complex. 3rd level apartment with lift. great view from apartment. great access to walking trail and nordic trails.

We had a wonderful week staying at Mottaret. Whilst the accommodation is small, it has everything you need, a beautiful view and was perfect for our family of four. The apartment is in an excellent location with the ski lifts extremely close by and the supermarket downstairs has great pastries and baguettes for breakfast every morning. Ski rental was also just downstairs. We highly recommend this place.

Appartement moderne, très fonctionnel, rénové avec soin, très propre…nous avons particulièrement apprécié le placard séchoir pour les chaussures de ski, la cuisine bien équipée, les 2 salles de bain et les jeux de société laissés à disposition des locataires…au total je recommande cet appartement
