If you are looking for an inviting condo with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, this is the spot for you. This 11th floor condo has breathtaking direct views of the Gulf from the living room and master bedroom, and features two bedroom and two baths. There is a balcony off the living room for guests to step out and enjoy the views and smells of the ocean. The property has warm furnishings throughout, and an updated kitchen perfect for the cook in your group. Enjoy a spacious King bed in the master bedroom, and a Double/Twin Bunk and Twin trundle in the second room perfect for the kids. The property also features a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room if additional bedding is needed.
When choosing your next beach vacation destination, nothing beats the beautiful white sand beaches, emerald green waters, and abundant activities Destin Florida has to offer. Destin’s harbor district is located at the intersection of the Choctawhatchee Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. This makes Downtown Destin an ideal location for boating activities of all sorts. Since so many boats travel into the Destin harbor after a day of fishing, you can expect our dining establishments to have the freshest Gulf seafood possible. Destin’s harbor district offers all sorts of activities from amusement parks, a water park, boating, fine dining, and of course the beautiful beaches and magnificent views that make this area spectacular.
Considering Destin refers to itself as “The World’s Luckiest Fishing Village”, you can count on finding some of the best fishing Florida’s Gulf Coast has to offer. If you aren’t a fisherman, there are jet ski rentals, dolphin cruises, snorkeling adventures, private boat rental, pirate ship cruises, and pontoon rentals as well. Pontoon rentals are ideal if you would like to spend the day with the family at Crab Island. This is a roughly three feet deep area near the entrance to the bay where one can anchor their boat and relax in the shallow water for the day. Staying in downtown Destin will give you easy access to all the wonderful boating activities the region has to offer.
If the children or the adult in all of us are looking for a place to be entertained for the day, downtown Destin offers two wonderful amusement parks. Big Kahunas water-park is a great place to go cool down for the day. If you tire of the water-park, they also have a putt putt course, and two go-cart tracks. Right down the street from Big Kahunas is The Track amusement park. The Track offers several go-cart tracks, an arcade, bungee jumping, bumper boats, and another putt putt golf course for the whole family to enjoy.

Second time staying there. Great location, beautiful view of gulf, and very comfortable condo. The living room furniture was upgraded while we were there too…nice choice on the chairs.

Everything was as listed on the website. Beds were all comfortable. Kids said even sofabed was comfortable. Only a few minor issues were experienced, but nothing that was a major disaster.1. The door stopper falls nearly every time you open the front door, so if children don't make sure the door closes behind them then they will walk away leaving the entire condo open without realizing it.2. The oven wasn't working to get to temperature for us to make dinner, but we called maintenance the next morning and they scheduled repair guys to come fix it immediately. 3. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom had electrical issues that caused a few sleep disruptions. For example, the fan just has a mind of it's own, and the light would turn on or off or from medium to high on its own randomly making it difficult to leep when you need the ceiling fan on to stay cool.Suggestions: Second bedroom could benefit from a ceiling fan addition, and a full length mirror. This bedroom was dark to get ready for daily outings in with only table lamps for light. We had six people total. 2 adults, 2 teenagers, and 2 preteens. This condo was just the right size for our group, and very updated. We perfectly in the middle of everything. The outlet malls were a short 10-15 min drive in one direction, and the Harborwalk and Okaloosa Island a short distance in the opposite direction. The pool area was never really too crowded and was very family oriented. We are very nted.clotprovided.
