Independent family house surrounded by a 9 ares garden, located in a pleasant and quiet area of Lanildut, a small port village typical of Abers in Brittany. The sea is 250m away, with access to the GR34.
On the ground floor: living room with direct access to the terrace and garden, fitted and functional kitchen, WC.
Upstairs are the bathroom, WC and 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with double beds, and 1 bedroom with two single beds.
The garden has a south-east facing terrace, with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.

This spacious and artfully designed and decorated home was like a piece of heaven. Immaculately clean, beautiful views from the windows, and located right in the middle of the majestic coastline and rural farmland of historic western Brittany! Loved every moment!

This is a lovely house very clean and tidy, nicely decorated and well equipped. The area is beautiful with plenty to do for all the family. Beaches are amazing and as it's not a major tourist destination, very quiet overall. Worth noting that there is an extra cost for renting towels and bed linen and for the cleaning costs. This was a total of 116 euros which was not mentioned on the website at point of booking. We were only made aware when we paid the first deposit. Therefore this should be made clear on the house particulars so holidaymakers are aware of the full price. English tourists are accustomed to having these items included in the price. We chose not to put this money directly into the owners bank account 3 months before arriving as she requested but paid in cash on arrival which was fine.

séjour réussi tant par la météo que par cette maison très accueillante où rien ne manque. Belles balades dans les environs proches (les abers entre autres, balade sur le parcours côtier) et pour moi qui suis golfeur, 2 parcours de golf à moins de 15mn (Golf des Abers, Golf de Pen Ar Bed), un 3ème un peu plus loin vers Brest (Golf de Brest Iroise). Environnement très calme. Une bonne adresse.

Un très bon séjour à nouveau. La salle de bain refaite récemment est appréciable et fonctionnelle. Le beau temps nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour,la terrasse et agréable et les transats parfaits pour une sieste au soleil et à l'abris du vent. Les visites et promenades aux alentours toujours très chouettes. La nouvelle supérette au centre du village accessible à pieds en 10-15min est un plus pour ne pas avoir à prendre la voiture notamment pour les croissants du petit déjeuner. Merci.

Nous avons énormément apprécié nos vacances dans cette charmante maison où tout est fait pour se sentir chez soi. Très fonctionnelle, la maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et avec suffisamment de simplicité pour la rendre conviviale sans que cela soit surfait. Pour avoir beaucoup loué dans la région je peux dire que c'est une des rares fois où je me suis sentie comme chez moi. Et que dire de la gentillesse des propriétaires! J'ai apprécié nos échanges et leur grand sens de la convivialité. Sans conteste, une des meilleures locations que j'ai pu faire!

Maison très agréable à vivre, très propre, au calme, avec un décors sobre, délicat, et de bon goût...La proximité de la mer, des sentiers de promenade ou des plages...Jardin très bien entretenu, fleuri, sobre. Une possibilité de se sentir comme chez soi rapidement, tout étant fait pour facilité le quotidien, l'entretien...Difficile de s'en aller!

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans cette jolie maison à Lanildut. Elle est située au calme avec un joli jardin fleuri. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. L'aménagement et la décoration sont fait avec beaucoup de goût et de plus nous l'avons trouvé fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Cette maison se situe à quelques pas de la mer et de très beaux sentiers. C'était notre première visite mais sûrement pas là dernière.

Das kleine gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienhaus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt um viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen. Toll zum Wandern und Rad fahren, zentral und doch sehr ruhig gelegen. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet....wirklich alles und mehr was man braucht um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen ist vorhanden. Madame Lehir hat uns freundlich begrüßt und mit vielen Tipps bereichert. Zur Begrüßung gab es ein Packung leckere bretonische Kekse. Wir kommen gerne wieder...

Wir haben in dem sehr gepflegten und liebevoll eingerichteten Ferienhaus eine tolle Woche verbracht. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden. Die moderne Küchenzeile lädt zum Kochen ein. Es ist alles so, wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wir haben unsere am Samstag auf dem Markt gekauften Meeresfrüchte nach den Rezepten der Vermieterin, die in praktischen Infoheftern zu finden sind, zubereitet und waren begeistert. Die Dame, die uns empfangen hat, war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Obwohl es noch keine Badesaison war, konnten wir in der Gegend viel wandern. Der GR 34 ist gleich in der Nähe. Im Haus findet man viele Reiseführer mit schönen Wanderungen und Ausflügen. Für Regentage, die wir zum Glück nicht hatten, gibt es Spiele im Schrank. Der Garten lädt im Sommer sicher zum Grillen und auf der Terrasse den Abend genießen ein. Er ist sehr gepflegt und die Frühlingsblumen haben um die Wette geblüht. Die Lage des Hauses ist super. Man ist recht schnell mit dem Auto im Süden oder im Norden der Bretagne. Insgesamt war das sicher nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in diesem Haus und wir empfehlen es unseren Freunden gerne weiter.

La maison est très confortable et d' une propreté exemplaire,de plus nous avons eu le beau temps toute la semaine,c' était des vacances parfaites,et nous comptons bien y revenir
