Really nice condo in a great location next to Palm Beach. Very clean and nice building amenities. We would absolutely rent here again.

The condo unit is just as advertised, except that the quality of the furnishing is perhaps even better than the photos suggest.
We have stayed in a number of different units in this building over the last 5 years. The views from the '04' units are terrific as they take in both the beach, Palm Beach to the south and much of the sunset views to the west.
A small point, but important, is that the two allocated parking spaces in the basement are very conveniently located for the lift.
The owner, Kim, was very responsive and a delight to communicate with.

Beautiful property! The unit is perfectly appointed, all details seen to. We loved it and would definitely stay there again.
