Brand new 2 bedroom villa (sleeps 4), perfect condition, very clean and nicely decorated, with small private pool and beautiful terrace in a quiet area with beautiful surroundings, just 5 minutes from the superb kamala beach and all amenities (restaurant , supermarket, local market, banks etc ...)
3 villas are available for rent.
Villa 2 bedrooms (4 pax) brand new, perfect condition very clean and nicely decorated, with small private pool and beautiful terrace in a quiet area with beautiful environment, only 5 minutes to the wonderful beach kamala and any convenience (restaurant, supermarket, Local market, bank etc ...)

We do have an partnership with another complex located 3 min from my villa, where you can enjoy 2 big pools. Restaurant and bar, fitness (fitness access free of charge), available shuttle.

novotel kamala is a good place to have a drink and swim not too far to walk to town but big hill on way back hire a motorbike helps house has everything you need
