Enjoy the luxury of relaxation listening to gently breaking waves and tasting the sweet salty breeze from your ocean view balcony/porch, in the comfort of fine beach décor, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6 with king bed, 2 twin beds, and sleeper sofa) and 2 full baths, with amenities including CD stereo, DVD player (upon request), 2 winding lazy rivers and 2 outdoor pools, 2 hot tubs, indoor pool, fitness room, recreation room with activity director, concierge, internet access, free parking in undercover garage all situated in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Pictures shown are not of that actual unit although will be similar. All units are very nice and similar in decor. This is a time share for this property, room # 1501. I have 7 weeks worth of vacation time at this resort of which this is one. My family and I have been down many times. I have never been disappointed. Everything is modern and up to date. The inside pictures may be from other units i found online but they are all pretty much generic. They are all super nice. I will be updating the units with pictures of the actual unit when i go down the next time. I also have a 1 BR unit the same week as a 2 BR unit if you want to have a larger group come. Those weeks are week 27 ( Fri to Fri),room # 1312, 1 BR partial view and room #1501, 2 BR partial view and week 35 (Fri to Fri), room # 1302, 1 BR partial view, and room #1110, 2 BR Oceanfront. Other 2 BR oceanfront weeks are week 14 ( Sun to Sun), room #1407 and week 16 ( Fri to Fri) , room # 1503, and week 41 (Fri to Fri), room #1710.

Only negative comment was the rental pictures showed the primary bedroom had an ocean facing window, whereas the actual bedroom did not have any ocean facing window.Also though checking time was 4pm, we reached by 11am and requested for an early check in but no one seemed to care about helping us.Otherwise the condo was comfortable as was the property. Hoping to visit in the future.Kirk was very responsive but had no say in getting us into the rental early.

This was our second stay at this property, the first in this unit. The property has ample extra parking, great location in town, a small but nice lazy river, pools, gym, activity room and a tiki bar. It's right on the beach. The room was clean. 2 BR, 3 TVs, a kitchen (could use a couple more items), 2 BA, a stackable washer/dryer (which is in a BA and a little hard to access), and the balcony is nice with chairs and a small table. The balcony is a side view of the beach and main road. We didn't have any issues. My only criticism would be the design style of the unit, it was a mix of retro 70s (uncomfy furniture) and country (barn door in the master bath. The master shower is huge, could use some of that space for a closet. It's a timeshare so you get what they give you though. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you for having us!
