About this house rental
Three bedroom, three bath, two story house in the community of Tramonto just south of Anthem, near the intersection of the I17 and Carefree Highway. The house is located in the gated neighborhood of Villages of Tramonto 1.
This beautifully furnished 2,200 square foot home has a queen bed in the master bedroom, second bedroom and third bedrooms also have queen beds, and the office has a twin bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern appliances and granite counter tops. There is a formal living room and adjacent to the kitchen is a family room.
In the backyard is a built in barbecue, dining table and chairs, and a fire pit for cool evenings.
The garage has a vehicle parked in it, but can be used for storage of your bikes or golf clubs
Neighborhood has two community pools, tennis courts, ball park, and playgrounds. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. It is a 30 minute drive to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Anthem with shopping and outlet mall is just north. Cave Creek and Carefree are just 15 minutes down the Carefree Hwy to the east and Lake Pleasant is about the same distance to the west. There are multiple hiking trails within a short drive from the house.

This is a lovely two-story house that is clean and well-maintained. It’s located at the end of a cul-de-sac next to a small wash. It came with nice amenities including WiFi, beach towels, extra lawn chairs, and two bicycles. Peggy is great to work with and checked with us periodically to see how we were doing.

This is a very nice property for 2 or more people. The kitchen is very well-stocked and there is plenty of paper products, towels and sheets. The neighborhood is quiet except for an occasional barking dog. It's a good walking neighborhood with a nearby park.
The owner is very responsive and responds quickly. The location is convenient to many stores and activities. The back yard includes outdoor seating, a grill and fire pit.

We stayed here for two months and this house really felt like home to us. Sitting in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood, it is very well furnished and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable, and plenty of thoughtful touches throughout the house to make your stay enjoyable. There’s lots to do nearby, yet it’s far enough away from the Phoenix craziness to still relax. The owner Peggy is welcoming and easy to engage with. We give our full recommendation!
