About this house rental
Come escape to the Hammock and relax on the dock watching boats sail on the ICW. Secluded 1.375 acres of oak trees coupled with sunsets on the water overlooking a bird sanctuary is the perfect place to spend time. Two bedroom/2 bath home with a large screened in porch. 1000 square foot dock, perfect for fishing or launching kayaks (included). Abundant wildlife including fish, deer, dolphin and manatee. Hop on the Malacompra bike/walking trails which are right across the street.
Enjoy the fire pit area and outside shower after a long day of activities in the sun. 1/2 mile to boat ramp and grocery store. 3/4 mile to the beach.

What drew me to the property was the miles of undeveloped wetlands to the west and north. There's also a coastal hammock across the street and several beach accesses. Beautiful sunsets from the dock.

This is our 3rd time staying and it never disappoints. Mike is an awesome host. Always responsive. This is our favorite place to stay when we visit our son and daughter-in-law in Palm Coast.

We were in town for Daytona bike week and this place was a perfect place to get away from all the traffic and noise associated with bike week and a nice little ride down A1A to get back and forth . Definitely will stay here again

Very pleased with our stay at this location. Beautiful little home on the water. Plenty of fishing and relaxing on a large property. Overall very secure property with no concerns during our whole stay. Property owner was excellent with communication and even provided more info than I expected and answered quickly. Grill and firepit was an added bonus for when we didn't feel like going out. We will absolutely rent this home again in the future when visiting Florida. Thanks again for a great and seamless experience.
