L'annonce est conforme. Il y a par contre une route toute proche qui est assez passante en haute saison et avec les chambres juste sous le toit il est impossible de dormir les fenêtres fermées. La récupération des clés a été un peu compliquée, il nous a fallut passer à l'agence à Biscarrosse Plage et attendre environ 1h avant qu'on s'occupe de nous. Mais sinon le petit jardin est bien agréable et la localisation est idéale à 5min en voiture du lac avec un petit marché à 5 min à pied.
