Very bright apartment with a direct view of the bay of Alghero and the regional park of Porto Conte.
Apartment located on the 1st floor of a small recent building (2008) built on a promontory in the residential area of Alghero.
The terrace on which you can enjoy the sun for a long time is south west facing.
The bright living room with a large sofa convertible into an extra bed allows you to relax, the kitchen with its dining area is contiguous.
The spacious room with sea view is equipped with a large bed. A wardrobe and a bathroom complete the facilities of this apartment, perfectly equipped for 4 people (two large beds).
The apartment is fully air conditioned.
All amenities are close to the apartment, you will have the choice of many bike, scooter, car and boat rental services.
The historic center of the city, easily reached on foot, offers a large choice of typical Sardinian restaurants as well as a wide range of shops.
Seasonal direct flights from Belgium and France.

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine à Alghero.
L'appartement est lumineux, très bien équipé, et surtout, il jouit d'une vue exceptionnelle sur la baie d'Alghero.
Il est situé dans un quartier très calme, tout en étant proche de la ville.
Patrick nous a très bien reçus.
Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter....

Bel appartement vue mer très calme, très bien équipé .
Idéalement situé pour visiter la côte sud d’alghero jusqu’à Bosa. Pour aller au nord, il faut cependant traverser la ville.
Proche du centre, possibilité d’y aller à pied le long du bord de mer environ 15 -20 minutes à pied.
