About this apartment rental
Clear view on the mountain, slopes side, without vis-à-vis: Pleasant studio of 28m2 with balcony, renovated, classified 4 Paradiski crystals, ideally located, comfortable, 4-5 pers,
On the 12th floor of Lauzières, Charvet district, heart of the fully pedestrian Arcs 1800 station, one of my best locations in Arc 1800.
Access to the slopes leaving the residence, departure and return with the skis on. Access to the 1st chairlift in seconds on skis, and thus to the whole area of Les Arcs and Paradiski with the junction with La Plagne.
All shops nearby within 5 min walk: doctor on the ground floor, ESF nursery and kindergarten at the exit of the lift, and close to, direct access, restaurants, bars, ski rental, post office, tourist office, mini-market, butcher, bakery, caterer, laundromat, bank, photographer, etc ...).
A 4-minute walk away, the Mille 8 swimming pool, a fun, wellness and fitness area.
Entrance sleeping area (3 bunk beds + drawer bed), hallway with ski locker, cupboards, bathroom (bathtub-wc Charlotte Perriand style kept), American kitchen with central dining island (very convivial), living room with 2 benches ( 2 x 1 pull-out beds to join or separate), bay window and door to balcony, 2 sun loungers to enjoy the sun on the balcony and the view of the slopes and the mountain.
Equipment: electric hob, dishwasher, fridge, combi oven (traditional + microwave), raclette, steamer, toaster, coffee maker, kettle. TV. Radio CD cassette.
For a rental from Saturday to Saturday, hand over the keys on site from 2 p.m. Return on the following Saturday at 10 am at the latest.
Possibility to rent in December, either from Saturday 24 to Saturday 31 December, or from Sunday 25 December to Sunday 1 January.
Direct access to the residence by the outdoor car park at the rear or by the covered car park.
Station accessible by car or train (Bourg Saint Maurice TGV station, then funicular access to Arcs 1600, then free shuttle to Arcs 1800, or access by shuttle from Gare aux Arcs 1800).

Apartment is truly ski in and out. After long drive so easy to get gear into apartment. Very well located no lift needed. Lovely clean very well presented apartment. The owners have really thought of everything in the layout. Beautiful big dinning table that doubles as a work surface is amazing. Cooking in the apartment is a pleasure, great pans, pots, glassware, everything you need to create beautiful meals. The owners communicated very quickly when we needed to reach them. Ive been staying in Les Arcs for 14 years and this is the best apartment yet! The south facing view of the mountains every morning is stunning. Kids ski school is right out front and it is such pleasure seeing the little ones on the slopes. And I could watch my family ski back to the apartment after skiing all day. Thank you for the beautiful apartment.

Très bel appartement, bien situé, ski aux pieds des pistes et jolie vue ensoleillé. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour aux arcs.

Tout est dans le titre: studio rénové, superbe vue, skis au pieds et en plus, propriétaires très sympathiques et gérant immobilier arrangeant. Tout pour des vacances réussies

L'appartement est idéalement situé pour accéder aux pistes, à l'école de ski ou pour faire quelques courses.
L'appartement est chaleureux, moderne, parfaitement équipé et surtout très très propre !
Nous n'hésiterons pas à relouer cet appartement pour des prochaines vacances aux Arcs !
