As a guest at Harborside, you receive all of the benefits and amenities of being a guest at the Atlantis Hotel – admission to the day (aquamarine life and Atlantis Museum), Atlantis waterpark, beaches and more. The best part about staying at Harborside is that rather than staying in a single room, there are separate bedrooms, bathrooms, living room dining room and outdoor living space. All of the comforts of home with the amenities of the Atlantis.
This is a two bedroom villa with a master bedroom with king size bed, armchair & large closet, master bathroom with whirlpool tub, 2nd bedroom with a King size bed, living room with sleeper sofa, armchair, & entertainment center, fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, 4-burner stove-top, microwave-convection oven, toaster, coffee maker & blender, dining area, washer and dryer, as well as a well-equipped kitchenette includes two-burner cooktop, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender and dinnerware and a private balcony with outdoor furniture.
This Harborside villa includes unlimited access to Atlantis water park, beaches, the dig and more. You will receive a wristband for each person in your party upon check-in. All the privileges of staying at Atlantis with twice the space!
Atlantis features 21 restaurants and 19 bars and lounges offering everything from fine dining to quick-and-easy favorites. Overall the stay was good, the staff at the Harborside were accommodating and friendly. The Atlantis staff seemed less enthused, New Year's Eve was packed, the surprise artist for the concert was disappointing, and there were hardly any chairs available at any pool or beach. I had a particularly rude employee at the beach Bryan who was supposedly a manager. I think for the price we paid the wifi shoud have been included and our room was only cleaned once during our stay. We had a visitor one night in the form of a large bug in the bathroom. There was something for everyone as far as things to do and it is nice to walk to the bigger amenities and not have to fight for space at the Harborside. We liked the Dilly Bar, Carmines alot. I think the staff seemed a little stretched and some of their energy is split between day pass guests and those staying on property.

Great spot to stay within Atlantis. Affordable, quite convenient, lovely people and great service. Rooms were everything you needed with a nice little balcony. On site pool is great - big, quiet, adjacent hot tub, will be even better when the restaurant next door re-opens. If we return to Atlantis, which has become much busier and is currently quite understaffed, we would come back to Harborside for sure.

Plenty of space for 3 adults and 2 children for a week-long stay. It was nice to be able to retreat to our quiet space away from the Atlantis crowds.
Loved preparing our own meals. Grocery store within walking distance and a few quick items available at the front desk/sundry store. Frequent shuttle service to all towers of the Atlantis but we also enjoyed the walk.
The staff were very helpful in providing additional information and ideas for activities outside of the resort. There was free internet in the lobby of all Atlantis towers. We were able to watch the New Year’s fireworks show from our private balcony with the little ones, a nice treat!

We were so excited to find this place - good location away from so much craziness at the Atlantis. But when we got there the condo seemed to have lots of maintenance issues. Outlets and light fixtures were hanging out of the walls with exposed wires. The carpet was damp from either a flood or cleaning. Then when we ran the shower it flooded the entire kitchen and part of the carpet in the bedroom due to a plumbing issue behind the walls.
Once all those issues were resolved (within 3 days) it was perfect. So it may have been just that particular condo and just a fluke but definitely made for an “interesting” start to the vacation.
