Charming town house with an area of 48 M², totally renovated in 2017 In a private street.
House for 4 people.
In the Sables d'Olonne, this house located in the Bel Air district, is close to the famous Arago market, all shops, the beach, the city center and the train station.
Its ideal location makes it possible to spend a holiday in Sands without a car. Parking is free in the surrounding streets.
A large yard of 17m² in front of the house allows you to take your meals, to store your bikes safely.
A barbecue is at your disposal, a tap in the yard allows you to rinse your feet after the beach.
In the yard a closed shed.
At your disposal a surf and a bike

on the ground floor you will have a living room (sofa for 4 people, table, flat screen TV, DVD player, WIFI), separate toilet, kitchen fitted and equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer).
The bathroom is composed of a shower, a sink and storage.
The parental room is composed of a bed of 140 with new bedding (Nov 2016) of very good quality. An IKEA wardrobe has shelves and wardrobe.
In the mezzanine, the children's room includes a bunk bed of 90 and an extra bed. (Bedding good quality). A dresser completes the set.
An umbrella bed, a chair lift is available. For the safety of children, a safety barrier is present.
All windows are new, PVC floor and parquet in the living room.
The house is bright, functional and pleasant to live.
