About this apartment rental
This fabulous three bedroom and two bath condo has fun and comfy beachy furnishings and artwork, stunning views of the Gulf and sand, and an excellent location. There is lots of room for you and your guests to sit in the living area, where you will find a large flat screen television, DVD player, and stereo. A kitchen fit for master chefs has updated stainless steel appliances including a flat top range, microwave, dishwasher & refrigerator/freezer with icemaker. The eating areas include a breakfast bar with three stools, and nearby dining area with a table, chairs, and seating bench. In addition, there is ample seating on the balcony if you prefer outdoor dining. Your large master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, elegant dresser with television and DVD player, and a cozy armchair and table. The adjacent bathroom has a combination bathtub and shower, along with a separate sink area for maximum efficiency. The nautical first guest bedroom accommodates 5 people, featuring a set of bunk beds, twin-size over full-size, plus an additional full-size bed, dresser, television and DVD player. The lovely second guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, chair and television. The second bathroom is a great size with a large vanity and combination bathtub and shower. This condo is in the heart of Orange Beach with close proximity to great shopping, dining, fishing & fun!

Overall, it was a nice stay. The room was clean, and looked as advertised. My only hiccup was the maintenance man coming to look at the dishwasher at 9:30 PM. He stayed well past 10:00 PM, and we were trying to get ready for bed. Coming that late almost made it feel like some sort of scam.

The whole family enjoyed this spacious condo with an amazing view. My husband enjoyed watching the boats going in and out of the pass. The condo is fully stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious, comfortable corner unit. Had everything we needed. Great beach views and access. Some updates would be good in the bathrooms, but no significant concerns with the property. East II is in a nice location. The area isn't particularly walkable given the busy road and lack of crosswalks and sidewalks, but otherwise convenient. We received quick responses from property manager via text, phone, or the service desk next door at East.
