Authentic cottage of 67 m2 (stone wood steel) located in a small hamlet at 800 m altitude in the heart of the massif des bauges in Savoy
all the comforts modern or almost waiting for you for big nights of sleep rocked by the soft sound of the fountain nearby ..
absolutely calm.
On the ground floor a living room with an old stove (kitchen living room dining room) and two bedrooms upstairs and bathroom and separate toilet
sale on the farm at 600 meters (milk yoghurt cheese)
leisure center of Lescheraines 4 kms shops are 10 minutes by car.
the ski resort of La Féclaz is located 11 kms and that of Aillons-Margeriaz is 18 kms (family ski resort)
Otherwise the sports menu: hiking, canyoning, fishing, skiing; caving, cycling etc ...

Ne vous fiez pas aux photos et à la présentation TOUT EST MIEUX Le propriétaire est un fana de rénovation, inventif et avide de partager. La région est splendide et pleine de ressources sportives et comtemplatives, le voisinage adorable. Idéalement situé pour les activités, la terrasse ensoleillée est un régal, les 2 chambres sont des cocons. Bref: dépaysement assuré !

Nature magnifique. Le chalet est situé dans un petit hameau authentique, fleuri et calme. Le chalet est rustique, charmant et bien agencé. Notre séjour a été merveilleux.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour au Noyer, au calme. Le gîte est bien localisé ce qui nous a permis de découvrir la région.

Cette petite maison est agréable, située dans un village très calme. Dans le hameau du Chêne (accessible à pied), se trouve une ferme qui a fait la joie de notre petite fille, la fermière lui ayant permis de traire les vaches ! Le gîte est bien agencé et décoré. Quelques mouches (dues aux vaches ?) La communication avec le propriétaire fut moyenne, puisqu'on ne l'a pas vu ni à l'arrivée ni au départ, et que le réseau de notre opérateur téléphonique (Free) ne passe pas dans le gîte. Il fallait monter au début du village pour capter. En plus de la ferme bio, il y a aussi un boulanger bio proche du village ; sinon tous les commerces se trouvent à 5 minutes en voiture, à Lescheraines. Beaucoup de ballades à faire dans ce massif des Bauges que nous ne connaissions pas. Nous y reviendrons sûrement !

Chalet bien décoré et bien agencé,propriétaires à l'écoute et très sympa. Le chalet est au calme dans ce petit hameau avec lors de ce séjour beaucoup de neige du 16 au 23 février 2019. Encore merci au propriétaires.

un petit chalet charmant,très fonctionnel au calme. Nous avons appréciés passer cette semaine au Noyer. Le village est sympathique, calme avec juste le bruit des cloches des vaches quand elles passent. Le chalet est agréable, attention quand même aux escaliers!!
