This was our second stay in this cabin. It’s so cozy and comfortable with everything we could possibly need. It feels very secluded but it’s still close to plenty of attractions. We love staying here.

Our family and friends spent part of Spring Break at Cabin Edelweiss. We all enjoyed that the kids had their own space downstairs and adults had our own rooms and bathrooms upstairs. We loved the hot tub, fire pit, hammock, and rocking on the porch. I liked that it wasn't cluttered with stuff, just neat and comfortable. We liked watching all the birds as well. The kids loved all of the above too and especially the many hiding places they found! Cannot say enough good things about this cabin. Definitely the cleanest and most thoughtful owners I have worked with over the years. The extra B&B-like touches set their place apart from any other property. They have thought of everything! And were so gracious to extend our check out time so we could enjoy our last day without rushing out the door.We liked being away from a main road and a little away from town, but not so far that it wasn't a big deal to run to the Ingles down in Blue Ridge. No immediate neighbors like some of the cabins up the road, but not completely secluded either. There is a cabin in view from the porch but it is not close by and no one was renting when we were there. It looked like another cabin is being built on the other side below the cabin and we heard some construction one day, but it wasn't bad. Overall, we hope to rent again one day to do some more exploring of the surrounding area. Thank you Annemarie for your hospitality and sharing your cabin!
