About this apartment rental
Furnished tourist accommodation with a SPLENDID SEA VIEW and very comfortable equipment.
The apartment has private parking in the basement.
The residence has a 450m2 swimming pool with children's area / jacuzzi.
Comfortable apartment, 2 adults and 2 children:
• the superb sea view terrace on the bay of Cannes (the photos are taken from the apartment), equipped with deckchairs and furniture for lunch.
• fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washer-dryer, combined microwave oven),
• a bedroom with window (a 200x160 double bed, bed linen is provided),
• in the living room, the sofa can be transformed into two single beds (pull-out bed), large screen TV, home cinema (DVD, CD, USB, radio, alarm clock)
• private and covered parking.
The apartment is located in a quiet area, in a preserved site. At your disposal a 450m2 swimming pool with jacuzzi and space for the little ones (open from May to the end of September) and swimming supervisor in July / August.
The residence is located on the edge of the Estérel departmental park and the Aiguille Rouge nature reserve, direct access to hiking. Ideally located to enjoy the beaches at 1km or to shine in the Alpes Maritimes and the Var. Easy access to major tourist spots.
Many comfort services are offered and included in the price:
• Attentive welcome by the owners who live nearby
• Flexible arrival and departure times.
• Sheets and towels provided.
• Beds are made upon arrival.
• Private covered and nominative parking.
• More than 15 Tourist Guides at your disposal (French, English, German). Restaurant and hiking guides.
• Cleaning products, basic necessities and a small grocery pack are available.
• Access to the outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi.
• A baby cot and a high chair on request.

Accueil chaleureux, informations complètes et pratiques, correspond en tous points à l'annonce, propreté impeccable, agencement/équipement moderne et facile d'utilisation. Le parking privé est également très appréciable.
La vue depuis le balcon est telle que l'on se réjouis de rentrer de balade pour en profiter !
Nous ne pouvons que recommander pleinement cet endroit privilégié, idéalement placé entre villes importantes et parc naturel magnifique.

Bel accueil, appartement très propre, explications exhaustives sur l'appartement et son fonctionnement (pratique le classeur avec les notices par exemple), petite attention fort sympathique dans le frigo et information sur les environs que l'on trouve dans la documentation que vous nous laissez, c'est génial. Vous savez accueillir vos clients et vous savez leur faciliter leur séjour.
Grace à la bonne position de l'appartement (hauteur), nous avons pu profiter de deux feux d'artifices visibles depuis la terrasse (Mandelieu et Cannes).
Grande piscine bien entretenue (vérifiée chaque matin par son responsable), agréable et calme.
La vue de la terrasse est tout simplement magnifique et reposante.

Nous tenons à vous remercier pour votre accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons passé une semaine de vacances parfaite. L'appartement est plus qu'à la hauteur (bravo!) et offre une vue superbe. Dépaysement total! Température douce, ciel bleu, montagnes enneigées au loin, promenades... nous sommes reboostés. Un prochain séjour à la période du mimosa?! Nous y pensons! Merci pour le confort proposé. A bientôt.
