Enjoy the summer or fall this year and create lasting memories at our cozy 1900 sq ft ranch home located on a quiet cul-de-sac in upscale east Glen Oak Acres. Perfect for visiting family in the North Shore or staying close to your home during home renovations. Large fenced backyard offers grill and patio and built in swimming pool and pergola. Walking distance to Wagner Farm (a real working farm), park, bike trails, walking paths, indoor and outdoor tennis courts. We are a 5 minute drive to downtown Northfield, 10 minutes to Winnetka, 15 minutes to Wilmette, and 25 minutes to Chicago or I94. Close to metra train station, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Our fully fenced yard is also great for dogs.

We stayed almost 8 weeks while work was being done on our house. The house was lovely. The dogs loved the yard and we loved the pool. Great location near many restaurants. The owners were very responsive to a few questions but respected our privacy and time. We are thinking of booking small weekend stays in the future for a little getaway.

My husband and I enjoyed our 1-month stay at Brandon. We especially appreciated how much thought the owners had put into anticipating everything renters would need and how easy it was to "work from home" at this property because of the well-stocked office. We did not use the pool because we rented in the winter, but it looked large and inviting, and the yard was very large. The house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. The house is on a small cul du sac, and is very convenient to all types of stores. The only improvements we would make are restocking dinner/soup bowls (there were only 2) and supplying keys to the deadbolt lock on the garage and outside doors. Overall, it was a lovely place to spend a month.
