fair value for the price, with few limitations:
- the object is a FLAT, not a villa, the upper floor of the building is habitated by a local family
- there is only one restroom (toilet) for max 6 persons, that could be critical
- the "lawn" is too small to be really used, but features a big trampolin
- the outdoor furniture is really used and worn, but they promised it will be replaced after this season
Otherwise practical and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxed stay.
