This neighborhood is in the heart of Manhattan, blocks from Penn Station's trains & subways, and one block away from the famous High Line Park. Also minutes away from Broadway theaters, Times Square the Javits Center, and the restaurants, shops, and art galleries of Chelsea. Perfect for solo travelers or couples.

Our slice of NYC heaven is a few blocks away from everything! Walking distance from a supermarket and bodega, great diners & restaurants, coffee shops, and the massive new Hudson Yards district currently rising a block to our west. We are just a block and a half from the legendary Madison Square Garden, where you can enjoy epic concerts, performances and sporting events.
I have great advice on where to eat, drink and enjoy your stay in NYC. You will have a guidebook for the house, the neighborhood and the city at large. You will love the location as we are in the center of the action but peaceful enough for a restful stay.
