About this apartment rental
Charming, quiet 3-bedroom duplex with hardwood floors (new upstairs), very bright, south-facing, 500 m from the nearest elevator, with all shops nearby (200 m).
The 50 m² apartment includes:
- An open kitchen equipped with appliances (toaster, raclette machine, and fondue set...).
- A fireplace in the living room, a double sofa bed, and a balcony with stunning views of Lake Matemale and the Pyrenees.
- A bedroom with a 140-cm double bed (new bedding).
- A bedroom with two single beds, plus a trundle bed if needed.
- A newly renovated bathroom and a separate half-bath.
- A ski locker on the first floor and a reserved parking space for the residence.
Blankets and comforters are provided; sheets are not included.
A free shuttle bus serving the entire resort stops right next to the apartment.
This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed.
The resort is near Font-Romeu, Formiguères, Spain, and Andorra.
Many activities in summer and winter (summer: ideal for magnificent hikes in this region, fishing, mountain biking, swimming, sailing, pedal boating on the lake; winter: downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding, animal park, etc.)

Appartement en duplex charmant, avec une agréable cheminée et une belle vue sur le lac, depuis le séjour et les chambres (vue même du lit!). Equipé et spacieux, il est bien situé (arrêt navette à 1 mn à pied, magasins à 5 mns à pied), parking. Nous y avons séjourné un week-end, nous étions 2 couples. Propriétaires très sympathiques.
