This is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo available and located in the Chesapeake Lofts building on the water in downtown Sandusky. The building is 5 yrs old. There is a total of 5 beds (1 king,4 full size beds plus the couch). The unit is 1300 square feet and is fully furnished with security entry doors and parking security gates. There is an on-site work-out room, pool and hot tub.

Cedar Point can be seen across the water and is only a few minutes ride by car. The location of the condo allows you to avoid most traffic going to Cedar Point. There are restaurants and bars withing walking distance from the unit. There are many events in downtown Sandusky throughout the summer that are also within walking distance.

The public boat launch is 1/4 mile away from the unit and is perfect for fishing or pleasure boating. There is a fish cleaning business located at the launch.

The Put-N-Bay ferry (Jet Express) is 100 feet away and is only a 30 minutes ride to downtown Put-N-Bay and all of the shopping and entertainment that comes with.

The condo is located right on the water. Restaurants and bars all around within walking distance. The condo is gated which was a bonus in feeling safe. Todd, the host, was so accommodating, informative, easy to reach, and friendly. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is because all of the furniture was extremely uncomfortable. The master had the softest bed but sunk in the center. The other two rooms had spring mattresses that were hard. We rode up on motorcycles so a good nights rest is definitely important. The couch is also very worn down and hard to get out of. Other than that i would absolutely recommend staying here. Todd even allowed a later check out for us. We jad a great time. Thank you, Todd!

The pictures do not do this place justice. We stayed for 3 nights with 5 kids ranging in age 10-13. It was the perfect location for the pool, couple days at cedar point, and the ferry to put in bay. We had a great time with no complaints!!

The property is very clean and has a very cozy, home like vibe. The host is very accommodating, thorough and concise with communication, and friendly. We would absolutely stay at this location again as it is within walking distance of attractions for people of all ages. Plus, the view of the lake and Cedar Point is amazing. Especially at sunset

This was my 3rd time staying in Sandusky at The Chesapeake Loft condos. The building is in the perfect location to shop, dine, visit Cedar Point or spend the day at Put-in- Bay. This condo was perfect for my fiancé and I and our 4 adult kids. The condo was huge with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s is set up very nice with the master bedroom on its own hallway. The condo and building were both very clean and the people were all very friendly. The only recommendation I would make would be updated decor and furnishings. Also there was no toaster which we found to be odd however toasters break so maybe it just hadn’t been replaced. Other than a toaster, the condo was well stocked with the necessities. The owner was easy to communicate with. We would stay here again when picking a place to stay in Sandusky.

Condo needs work, 2 bedrooms had blank walls. Hole in door , covered by mirror, refrigerator missing parts, stove dirty. In short it was a three bedroom super 8 motel. Has lots of potential but they need to upgrade beds and couches, also needs table / chairs.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms we all had the space we needed. Our main goal of the trip was Cedar Point and it was an easy 10-15 minute drive away. Also 15 minutes away was shopping and restaurants. The little walkable downtown area also boasted restaurants and sites to see. The pool/hot tub and gym were nice added bonuses that we enjoyed each day either before or after our fun at the park.

We selected this location because it was within walking distance to the Jet Express Ferry dock. The apartment is easily accessible, located on the 1st floor and had plenty of room for our group of 7 adults. The 3 bathrooms and 2 bathrooms were nice and stocked with all the essentials. The open living room/kitchen area is small but cozy. Lastly, communication with the property owner was easy as we communicated thru text messages and he was readily available to answer any questions. If you're going to Cedar Point or Put In Bay, i would recommend staying here.

My family of five had plenty of room and the property is right on the lake. Downtown Sandusky is steps away. Plenty to do nearby!! We visited Marblehead lighthouse, took our car over to Kelley’s island on the ferry and explored even drove through the African Safari that’s nearby. The last day went went to the Merry go round museum.

We stayed at this property with our family (6 adults) on a weekend getaway to CP for their Halloweekends. We had a great time, and the accusations were just right for our needs. The surrounding neighborhood is cute with a lot of options for food, entertainment, and outdoor activities all within walking distance. Please note: the Jet Express shuttle does not run after October 1 for the season from this location. It would be great in the summer months, since it is next to the building. But for the fall, it's really not a bad drive to the park (10 min). Thank you!

This was our 3rd stay here for a visit to Cedar Point. Fantastic location- walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, and along the lake where you can see Cedar Point! Great size, perfect for 3 adults and 3 (adult size) teens. We’ve stayed at many places in Sandusky and Huron. The size and location of this one makes it our favorite. The condo is clean, spacious, and has what you need. Very secure building, grounds and parking lot. The owner is very easy to communicate with and tells you everything you need to know before you get there! We’ll be back!

Todd was very helpful during the check in process, and I really enjoyed how much sleeping area is available. The couches are also wickedly comfy and although we didn't use the kitchen it was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again the next time I come to Sandusky with a group!

We stayed here for 2 nights. There were 2 of us with 4 kids. 2 teenage boys. Everyone had their own space. The place was clean. Enjoyed they gym and pool area. It was a great location. Enjoyed the downtown area. 11 minute ride to cedar point. The downtown area was so cute. The owner gave great instructions and the whole process was so easy
