About this house rental
A large, spacious house in Campos do Jordão, located on a 25,000-square-meter lot with a large garden and a recreation pavilion featuring: a barbecue area, a fireplace, a swimming pool, a steam room, and a dry sauna.
Main house features: Wi-Fi; the 4 suites each include
4 king-size beds, and bathrooms—3 with bathtubs and showers and 1 with a shower only;
cable TV, and space heaters.
A fireplace in the hallway leading to the bedrooms; 1 TV room with a TV; 1 spacious living room with a fireplace; dining room; half-bath; spacious kitchen with a microwave, 2 refrigerators, 1 upright freezer, 1 6-burner cooktop, and 1 separate 2-burner industrial stove.
Dishwasher, built-in oven, and an electric oven.
Pantry with 1 freezer, garage for 8 cars.
Outside there is: 1 old cottage made entirely of wood and stone: living room with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms with a king-size bed in each, and 1 bathroom in between. Includes bed linens and bath towels.
Caretaker’s house attached to the main house. Outside there is a dog kennel, a chicken coop, a wood shed, and a chapel. Fully equipped laundry room with 2 washers and 1 dryer.
The house includes housekeeping services and the services of 1 caretaker. A cook is not included, but you can hire their services separately. It is mandatory to hire an additional staff member to assist my housekeeper if there are more than 8 people, and the cost is 100 reais per day.
Transportation is easy, with a bus stop right at the door.
There is also a tram stop across the street that runs through the city to Capivari. The property is next to Tarundu, a recreation center for adults and children. It’s very close to the Toriba Hotel, famous for its desserts and fondues.

Estivemos passando Reveillon em um grupo de amigos, e mesmo com as constantes chuvas que caíram nesse período, aproveitamos muito bem a casa que se faz completa em todos os seus ambientes, porem, o grande diferencial desse imóvel são os funcionários (José, Nilda, Judite e Clayton), que além de prestarem um serviço impecável, fazem de tudo para deixar os hóspedes a vontade, sem interferir ou tirar a privacidade de maneira alguma. O trato com a proprietária é simples e direto com respostas atendidas prontamente, para quem gosta de sofisticação rustica, regada a vinho, lareira e um bom friozinho de Campos a escolha é certa!!

A CASA SIMPLESMENTE SUPERA TODA E QUALQUER EXPECTATIVA !!!
Aluguei de 14 a 16 de Julho, pela segunda vez.
A proprietária Gabriela, foi extremamente educada e correta em nossa negiciação.
A casa e impecavelmente limpa, grande e muito bem cuidada e confortável e contém todos os itens para a estadia como roupa de cama, lençóis etc (completa).
Os caseiros José, Nilda e Judite, fora, extremamente receptivos e atenciosos e educados e fizeram com que a nossa estadia fosse a melhor possível. Literalmente, Nos sentimos "em casa".
Podem alugar sem qualquer receio, estou certo de que vcs assim como eu, terão uma experiência única.
Para o ano que vem, já vou reservar uma data para voltar pela 3. vez . 🙏🏻

Casa ampla e confortável.Ambientes agradáveis para descanso e descontração entre amigos e familiares. Boas opções de lazer com todo o material necessário para usufruí-las.Os colaboradores são atenciosos e eficientes. A propriedade é toda cercada por uma vasta área verde que atrai pássaros variados.Em cada recanto pode-se observar as belezas naturais em contraste com a arquitetura estabelecida. Definitivamente um pedacinho do paraíso numa cidade encantadora como Campos do Jordão.Eu realmente recomendo.

Passamos 3 dias na casa no feriado de Sexta-feira Santa em 2014.
Foi simplesmente maravilhoso, desde o início com a simpatia da Gabriela na negociação até o momento que saímos da casa, que oferece toda estrutura, longe do agito da cidade, mas também não fica tão distante de carro, boas camas, jogos de toalhas e de camas extremamente confortáveis e conservados.
Clima super agradável, além da simpatia das empregadas que estavam sempre dispostas a ajudar e tornar o nosso feriado mais agradável, fizeram café da manhã, lavavam as louças e até carvão para o nosso churrasco o marido de uma delas foi buscar para nós. :)
Somente achamos um ponto negativo, mas quando fechamos já estávamos cientes de que a piscina não era aquecida (com o frio bom que estava fazendo e pela localização dela no spa com uma lareira cairia muito bem).
