Located at the gates of Yvelines between Houdan and Anet, in Eure and Loir in the small village of Boncourt
This cottage is a house independent from that of the owner, located 1 hour from Paris in a natural setting.
Breathing walls, in earth and straw, an atypical place of 100 m2.
1500 M2 of private garden which overlooks hilly fields and the forest of Anet.
Many hikes from the gîte. Cards are available.
The Vall ée des Cailles is a Natura 2000 classified place and we are a few steps from the GR 22 (Paris - Mont st Michel).
You can visit the Anet castle by bike (2km), ride a horse among all the stud farms (4km), do a Golf 2km (golf park robert hersant Nantilly), go down the Eure river by canoe (2km), a first flight by plane (St André de l'Eure), ULM (15km), visit Thoiry (30km); see Claude Monet in Giverny (37km), go Catamaran, Dinghy sailing, Windsurfing, Paddle, Canoe) on the lake of Ecluzelle (20 km), as well as water skiing at (3 km Ezy sur eure) »Ezylake» or just spend your day in a lounge chair immersed in your book and dine outside to the sound of crickets.
The space consists of a double bed and 2 single beds. A very nice shower area, a kitchen area with fridge, gas stove, electric kettle, microwave and dishwasher.
Ideal for a couple or a couple and 2 children
A 140 bed, 2 90 beds.
Bed sheets and towels included
beds will be made upon arrival

Lovely stay at the gite with amazing location by the forest, wildlife, and friendly hosts. Easy access to nearby town with great amenities. Enjoyed the day trip to Paris. Highly recommend!
